Great service, styles and value
Really pleased with my glasses. Staff in the shop (both when I ordered and at collection) were incredibly helpful (despite it being very busy the day that I ordered). They’ve got a great range of glasses with a wide range of styles and colours. I had struggled to find any I liked at the opticians but got two pairs here. They arrived quickly and I really like their fair and transparent pricing. Definitely my new go to place for glasses

The glasses were fabulous BUT THE STAFF WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD WHAT A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY PARTICULARLY THE MANAGER. I am 67 and it is such a wonderful thing to see such brilliant young people doing a top class job. REWARD THEM

Staff at both St James Quarter and…
Staff at both St James Quarter and Bruntsfield are so helpful. The prescription I had received from my optician was incorrect. Iolla went above and beyond their remit to make necessary corrections for me.

Great choice of frames
Great choice of frames - I was worried about variofical quality as iolla don’t disclose their manufacturer - I went for the higher quality ones and they are excellent and v good value for money - staff lovely too

After an issue with my prescription…
After an issue with my prescription glasses (not the fault of IOLLA) I was absolutely delighted with the service I was offered to help resolve my issue. Ailsa on customer service emails was second to none in her quick responses, polite, caring nature and eagerness to help me out. I cannot praise IOLLA highly enough - oh and the glasses and pretty awesome too - fab choice, reasonably priced and quick to come after ordering.

Love my new glasses with clip on sunglasses, best purchase all summer 😎the staff were really lovely in Edinburgh and very helpful, they measured and checked everything thoroughly, to make sure my glasses were perfect. I now have a new pair of fab glasses and sunglasses at a great price.
