Time saving and relay-able

It’s not bad however can get much better if I had the option to have a job address and billing address. For example, Management company we work with have multiple job addresses and I will have to create a separate client to be able to create that invoice. Also it takes much longer to get paid because it make me go through this at her bank account that it forced me to create which is totally unnecessary. There is no way to change that as well so hate to hear from your staff that there is nothing they can do because I know I did not sign up for that knowingly and the fact that you trick people in opening a bank account at some random place is not ok with me. Other than that it good.

Have had it for about 8 years wouldn’t use any other app.

Too expensive, features change with out user knowledge , worst is their new attempt to get our phone numbers under the guise of 2 factor authentication which should be optional. We already do facial recognition. What a hassle 2 factor will be. I’ll leave and migrate to Tiny Invoice

Initially I found the price to be steep but after seeing how simple invoicing and keeping track of clients is with the app, it pays for itself.

Great app. Does everything I need and is easy to use.

The app is really good, bust sometimes I can’t log in, and when I try and do the forgot password it still doesn’t work, so it’s unfortunate when this happens because I couldn’t invoice when I needed to and therefore missed getting paid for the week. And considering how hard things are financially at the moment it just wasn’t when I needed it to be.

I've used invoice to go for close to 10 years and never had an issue with them. It did start out as $9.99 a year but I guess that's okay.

The company don’t issue a receipt for payment & after trying to get one off them is like pulling teeth!

While the app is very easy to use, it has become increasingly expensive because of added functions that I don’t even use. I’d be nice if there was a way to divide accounts for multiple employees invoices in one account rather than having to purchase the app for each employee. It also be nice if there were more price options for purchasing the accounts based on need of extra functions.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.. WOULDNT LET ME IN ACCOUNT AFTER PAYMENT, WOULDNT LET ME REST.. TOOK MONEY AND HAD FURTHER PROBLEMS.. TRIED TO CONTACT THEM WAITED 40 mins.. couldnt fix problem ask3d for money back to get no reply.
