Excellent service from Charlotte (and formerly Shendl as well) for helping find the role that really suits my work experience, skills and being valued correctly. Worst agency I have ever worked for
Worst agency I have ever worked for, and I have worked for a few.
Booked me an interview (without meeting me) got the job hands down, then totally disrespected me. Took full advantage of me with their 'Margin' with over 30 years of experience as well! Then don't pay you properly....Their name/ position tags mean nothing as no one is interested, only in the money..They need to remember, without the loyal and hardworking candidates that actually do the work, they wouldn't have any! Respect, appreciation and lifeskills go a long long way....

Great experience, I was kept informed throughout
Great experience I was kept informed through the process. I am a long term contractor but still stuggle to relax until I get signed documents. These days sorting out the SoW and a compliant contract takes a more time than it used to, however I was reassured and kept informed throughout.
Helen (my recruiter) is a true professional.

Jack was excellent. He stayed in touch throughout the process, and during the assignment. We hit a few snags for reasons out of their control, and Jack helped resolve them asap. This is the second time I have worked with them and they have always been great.

I'll be honest
I'll be honest — when I first came across Investigo, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. I didn't know much about the company and went in with cautious optimism.
That changed quickly.
Josh was brilliant from the start — he understood exactly what I was looking for in a role and made the whole job search feel far less daunting. Helen was equally wonderful, guiding me through the process with such warmth and clarity that I always felt in safe hands. And there was another lovely lady on the team too who was just as attentive and caring throughout.
What really stood out was the communication. These were not people who sent the occasional email and disappeared. They kept me in the loop throughout the day, checked in regularly, and made sure I never felt lost or forgotten. That kind of personal attention is rare.
The whole process moved at a pace I didn't expect — fast, smooth, and stress-free. I came in uncertain and left excited.

Amazing Service from start to finish.
I had the pleasure of working with Max Bell, who contacted me via my LinkedIn account, I found Max to be extremely supportive and proactive in supporting me with my job search. Max alerted me to two separate opportunities that suited my background and experience level, Max set up interview dates with both companies and within 3 weeks and after several interviews I was presented with a job offer for a role that is 6 mins commute from my home. Having undertaken contract work via Reed UK and Red Snapper Managed Services, I was a little sceptical about what Investigo would be like. However, I have been pleasantly surprised at how good they've been compared to my other experiences. My contract manager is Rhys, and he is regularly in contact to check I am ok. I am working outside the UK for Investigo, so it's good to have some support, which was lacking on my previous contract.
