I was originally considering buying dental solution but I was wary of putting my cats off their drinking water, so I was pleased to find this product. I use the toothpaste recommended by my vet which is Virbac Enzymatic Toothpaste Poultry for dogs and cats. They loved the catnip and toy that came with the dental wand (a bit too much to be honest- the toy has lost all his fluff but given it has a bell I only let them play with it under supervision in any case). Once I introduced the toothbrush alone it held their full attention and they both happily use it on a daily basis. One cat definitely has the chewing down more than the other but it's early days still.

The tooth cleaner was fun to use and my cats liked playing with it. I like the fact that you can add lick e lix to one end or cat mint and toothpaste to the other. I need more time to get used to it, but it might be easier to use for older cats by getting them to lick it. the suppleness of the cleaner is good, no hard edges. however the green play tail has broken up a bit with the cat play. i like the fact that the play rod is like a fishing rod and can expand or decrease in length.

Love the product, the idea is genius BUT sadly my cat broke the rubber tooth cleaner in half very quickly so it needs to be more robust.

I saw the Cat Wand on Dragons Den. My cat loved the black dangling toy attachment but unfortunately it kept shredding during play with black bits ending up everywhere!
My cat was suspicious/ afraid of the yellow tooth attachment and didn’t like the smell of the catnip which was unusual & it didn’t come with cat toothpaste? So I contacted customer services who sent me some. It’s doesn’t come as part of the package despite it being a dental wand, but I have been told this is being reviewed! My cat licks the toothpaste off my finger but will not engage at all with the yellow tooth brush attachment despite trying many different methods. Disappointing as looked amazing on Dragon’s Den!!

I guess it depends on the cat?

A really well made toy, h but I haven’t yet got my cat to play with it or chew on the bar! However,, by mixing a little cat toothpaste with his Licke lix and smearing it all over the chewing bar he will lc this is off, so I hopeful that he will get the idea of what he should do!!
I really hope he will as it’s such a great invention.

Unfortunately my cat is not wholly with Inventor Cat. She will chase it but after getting a few thumps with the end piece is a bit wary. She has never bitten on it. I personally don't like the bell as I'm always wary any pet not just my own choking on it. I always the bell off any toy u buy for her. There is nothing to attract her to bite it so sadly the item has been a waste of ££'s for me which these days I could do without losing. I assume you don't allow refunds? So sadly as the dragons would say " I'm out!".

My cat loved playing with it but would not bite the yellow toothpaste dispenser as it just loved chasing the green bit. Also the wandstick broke within a couple of days of purchasing it.

My suggestion is to strengthen the wandstick and I will consider purchasing another one. I will also perchivere to get him to use the toothpaste dispenser if purchased again.

Over all it is a good and fun toy for my cat.

The yellow toothpaste holder is very good in ingaging our cat to give us such fun watching it trying to catch it when it catches it we’ve noticed the biting happenings so we are buying cat toothpaste to reduce the the tooth decay occurring , this is a great idea so get you cat one and you’ll get plenty of fun and bonding with your cat they love it

Unfortunately the toy did not work so well for my kitty. She is a very small kitty and also has had some teeth extracted and we think maybe the toy is too big. However, we will keep trying. She does lick it, but unfortunately we have not gotten to get her to chew on it. I am still leaving 5 stars because I love the concept and truly think it’s a great invention but designing smaller sizes could potentially help kitties like her. The presentation and extra gifts received were also a very nice touch.

There was a slight issue with our order but the sellers were really quick to reply and rectify this. I bought the entire kit which comes with a telescopic wand, fillable silicone brush head and some cat nip. My cat LOVES to chase and bat the brush and will come running every time I pick it up. She's also taken to reminding me in the evening that it's playtime with brushie. She's been a bit wary of actually biting the brush ( filled with delicious liver flavoured toothpaste) but more and more she is starting to chew lightly at this as she becomes more familiar with the toy. She's licking her lips so I'm assuming it is dispersing toothpaste into get mouth . It's been impossible to brush her teeth normally so this is great for us with the added benefit that she enjoys it! Great idea, well worth it. Thank you

I purchased the Dental Wand for a friend whose cat has gum disease and is scheduled for a cleaning. It's a birthday gift. I haven't given it to her yet but I'm sure she will be pleased, as well as relieved. I'm hoping that in the future her kitty will no longer be faced with this scary procedure. My purchase went smoothly and it was delivered quickly.

Great product! Our beloved feline friend is loving every playtime with it. Fun for both owners and cats - and at the same time, really good for their dental health.

Oh my word, our cats went craaaazy for the catnip gift included! So much so that I contacted the seller and sent photographs. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed watching our cat's tackling the 'nip. 😁

A great and easy way to take care of your feline friend's dental hygiene, while making playtime the heart of it. The telescopic rod makes it easy to play inside and out too.

My cat absolutely loves the dental wand and the mere jingle of the bell is enough to get her excited to play.

I've never been able to brush my cats' teeth, so throughout the years I've had to deal with cleanings under anesthesia, tooth extractions, etc. When I first heard about this I thought, great idea if it works.

Well, my cat Benny absolutely loves it! He took to it immediately, and loves to "brush" with it as much as he loves to chase it. He's yet to go back to the vet to see what shape his teeth are in, but he is getting the toothpaste and chewing like crazy, so I am optimistic. It's definitely a better alternative than NO brushing!

The only negative I have is that you need to be mindful of where you play with this. I have found that sticky toothpaste can fly off and end up on the surroundings. But I am talking very small amounts, and it isn't enough of an issue for me to deduct a star.

All in all I think this is an excellent product and it really works as intended!

My cat Garfie LOVES the Dental Wand. I put some chicken flavoured toothpaste inside and he is going totally bonkers and chases the wand around the house. He bites on it very vigorously which is great for cleaning his teeth. We went for a dental check-up recently and out dentist confirmed that his teeth are in excellent condition. I used to clean his teeth manually a few times a week which resulted in him hiding from me every night (he knew I would be cleaning his teeth and tried to avoid me). Now he gets super excited whenever he sees me going for the wand. A TOTAL GAME CHANGER :)
