The concept looked good but in practice it was useless. Inserting the toothpaste in the first place is messy, there were no instructions as to whether to put it in both halves a nigh on impossibility in the narrow openings (which could be greatly improved with a nozzle) but then the plastic was much too hard to extrude the toothpaste through the tiny holes - I couldn’t manage it with my hands let alone with my cat’s bite strength. All in all a waste of money.

This company has been magnificent in providing information & advice when I came across their dental wand product. I have spent huge sums of money at the vet on dental surgeries for my cats over the years. The problem of teeth cleaning & cats being a tricky one. I’ve used various products and all have failed or been refused (so called tasteless /odourless water additives, treats, seaweed powders, finger toothbrushes and toothpastes etc). If there is anything that will lead my cats toward better oral health outcomes for my previous pets I’m very willing to try it.

It’s been well thought out. It’s evident that the design of it has paid great attention to the cat & its behaviours.

In use, as I begin with training as shown in the videos, my cats have not been to bite it. They do however want to lick it loving the lick-e-lix I’ve applied on the outside of it. Not sure this will be as popular with toothpaste though? In play mode on the wand, I’ve found the weight of the product being added to it makes the toy detach very easily -Not great when you have three Sphynx cats all wanting to give chase. I’m keeping going as I really really want this to work for us.

The customer care is second to none. The concept is outstanding. My cats may not appreciate the efforts we are all going to to get them to brush

I think the idea in itself is really good, however, it may not work with cats who like to lick things instead of bite into them (like mine), and cats who find the wand a bit too awkward to chase (again, like mine). The wand is also a little difficult to clean as the toothpaste is quite thick. Having said that, my cat loves the taste of the toothpaste and enjoys a play with the fishing rod (with his favourite toy attached), so nothing gets wasted. So, all in all, good quality products!

This is a fabulous idea for keeping your kitties teeth clean. Customer service also is excellent.

I filled the toothbrush attachment with a little of the toothpaste and put catnip on it, but neither of my cats bit or chewed it. They loved the catnip and the feather toy however!
I'll keep trying but not a success so far!

My cat loves playing with the telescopic rod and feather attachment, I’ve yet to get her using the tooth wand though. Customer support have been excellent and gone that extra mile to sort out my order

I like the concept, and one of my cats does stalk and chew the toy as they should, the other chases it but then runs away when she catches it (shame as she's the one with the bad teeth!) so good concept, but the wand snapped as soon as I first used it which for the price was not great. Kind of still works though held together with some tape.

The jury is still out on this as my cat is very happy to lick it, but not to chew on it, so not getting any teeth cleaning. Loves the catnip that came in the bag (no box provided), more than the product, but will persevere.

Great product, seems abit tough for our 5month old cat but will reintroduce when shes abit older

I was so pleased to have found this product and thought it was going to be a game changer. The cat really liked it but we only used it a couple of times and the little spikes have come off with her chewing, meaning she is ingesting small bits of plastic which I didn’t feel was very safe so have had to stop using. Really disappointed.

My cats absolutely love this.it makes it so easy to clean and heir teeth. However after just over 2 weeks the brush has split. Thought it would last longer than this.

A fantastic idea to brush cat’s teeth. I have an older cat and she loves the dental wand!

Would recommend to anyone who is interested in dental hygiene for their felines!

My cat is notoriously hard to get to co operate with teeth cleaning, swallowing tablets or any grooming. But mixing care and play together is genuinely a brilliant innovation and you can tell the creator really cares about feline care.

I was a bit sceptical at first but almost immediately my cat took to it and was chewing at all areas of the mouth including the back (which would never be accessible any other way)

I would recommend the dental wand to any cat owner no matter the age or social constraints.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased the dental wand in Sept and I am still waiting. The keep changing the date of the order. I have emailed them for a refund, if I don’t get my money back I wi dispute this with my bank.

Glad that I found this cleaner… I’ve been struggling to keep my cats’ teeth healthy and one of my boys had to go through extraction last year. Since it arrived, my cats have been using and it cut all the drama , because now the cleaning became time to play. Healthy cats and happier mommy

Amazing product! At first, my cat didn’t quite get that he needed to bite it, but once he figured it out, he absolutely loved it. Now, as soon as I pick up the dental wand, he comes running, ready to bite and play. This is already the second one I’ve bought, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for more. Five stars every time – it’s brilliant!

I have placed an order back in August and when i followed up about it on November they said that there was supposed to be a delivery on November 24th. It’s now December 15th and still nothing. I followed up again on December 2nd and no response… if not received it by end of the month I’m raising a dispute with my bank and reporting them to add them into the scammers list

I have been waiting for delivery since September. It’s ridiculous. I bought 2 kits and other than confirmation of my order I’ve never heard from them. Clearly it’s a scam.
