Clear information, speedy results
The web site provides very clear information, the sleep test kit was delivered very quickly and I got my results back after a couple of days, and then had a follow up Zoom consultation where any questions I had were answered.

Of no use if you wish to discover what is happening!
Paid the money, got the equipment, did the test, sent it back, no results! Makes it a waste of time and money.

Misleading Product Listing
I ordered a CPAP heated tube from this company because it was advertised as including the required power adapter.
The heated tube arrived, but the power adapter was missing. Without the adapter, the heated tube cannot be used, making it effectively useless.
I have now been left with a heated tube that serves no practical purpose and now have the inconvenience of trying to source the missing component.
Very disappointing, particularly for a medical device supplier where accurate product descriptions are essential. I hope the company reviews its product listings to ensure future customers are not put in the same position.

Paid extra for priority delivery but the stated day in their order confirmation came and went. I have no idea what’s happening with my order now. All I know is they took £135 and I have nothing to show for it.
