Really great service and even though it turned out that I don’t have sleep apnea the detailed results have given me an insight into my sleeping and snoring so I can now try and improve this. Was also a very quick process I did my test on Monday night submitted Tuesday morning and by Wednesday morning had my results definitely recommend.

2-week rental saved our holiday
Upon arriving in London from the U.S. for our 2 week holiday my husband discovered that his CPAP was not working properly. My Google search for a rental landed on Intus & I ordered right away. It arrived at our hotel promptly & our peaceful nights sleep on our vacation was saved! The carry case & CPAP were perfect. We only needed the rental for 2 weeks; return instructions were clear; we mailed it back on the way back to Heathrow. Problem solved!

Great service when I made a mistake…
Great service when I made a mistake with my order.
I've been using Intus for a few years and they have always provided a dependable and speedy service.
I made a mistake with my order this time and contacted Intus Healthcare via the web form expecting to have to follow up with a phone call but Karen at Intus replied before opening time informing she had fixed my mistake and no further action was needed. Really impressive customer service!

Product isn't great and is very bulky…
MAD poduct isn't great and is very bulky in the mouth, once set it's almost impossible to change the fit. Sadly for me it was a waste if £66.
I would warn that the test device isn't the most comfortable for the cost, however it does work and the instructions are very easy to follow which was good. I had now issues with the sleep test product and would recommend.
I can say that the product was refunded by the customer service team, which I'm thankful for as this means at least I only lost the cost of the delivery.
Overall I will amend this review to reflect the refund and the service received through email.

The length of time you need to wait…
The length of time you need to wait threw the NHS isn't the best,you don't have to worry with intus,yeah it's expensive but if you have to wait on th NHS list for 18 months or more it's a tenner a month in one hit and you have your results in 48 hours from order to sleep study to results in your mail box .... HASSLE FREE !!!😁 totally 💯% highly recommended

Great company
Great company. I bought a mask with their mask guarantee so I could return it if it wasn’t suitable. Unfortunately the mask wasn’t right for me and they organised the return with no quibble and refund was super quick. Really pleased with my experience.
