Free government funding! Boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solar, air source heat pumps, internal wall insulation.
This company did a survey in my house in September 2024, after I checked that it was legitimate via various channels. I have tried contacting for an update via email and phone with no response. The email bounced back!
Has this company gone out of business, I'm wondering?
Extremely poor response. They did a survey back in August and then we heard nothing at all. I mailed twice at the start of December. Got half a reply but nothing since. They won't be doing any work on my property now that's for sure!
Had a young gentlemen knock at the door regarding freedom insulation and boiler replacements through the Eco goverment funding scheme. I was hesitant at first, as there are always scams going around that you hear about on the tv, but I listened and he explained how the funding worked as I was on repeat prescriptions and qualified.. a free survey was done on my house and I was given a brand new boiler and a free top up on my existing loft insulation a few weeks later, completely free.

A team of four came to our end terrace to install internal fans and trickle vents in all our rooms and install cavity wall insulation on front, high back wall and an extremely high, gable end wall. The job was challenging but the team worked tirelessly for several hours. Our garden was well cared for with little to no damage. They were all personable and updated us throughout. We can highly recommend them for their quality of work and say a special thank you to the all of the team.

Following your poor review, we would like to explain that we the wait differs throughout all council areas, we are still waiting on sign off for your application, The wait is not down to our company, we have installers able to install the next day once its signed off. Had one of there staff knock on my door offering loads of free services . I wanted my cavity wall insulation topping up which they offered to do for free through a government scheme.
Had to supply a few details including a doctor note in order to claim this . The bloke was a bit pushy about getting all these details in his time frame and not my own . It's not easy to get in to see your GP nowadays .
Got the date for my cavity wall and 3 lads turned up in a van with no business marketing on it . They took around 2 hours to complete the job , I went out to speak to them just as there had finished and the young lad said they were just packing up and would then tidy up . Went back inside and all 3 lads jumped in their van a left my garden a mess . Spent the next hour and a half tidying up after them . The white fibre insulation used in the cavity wall was all over my front garden. They are meant to be coming back to do ventilation but I'm not interested, if they made a mess outside then I'm not letting them in my house to make a mess again and just leave .

Brilliant process from start to finish!! Firstly we were approached by Michael Allen who was very transparent and talked us through the process from start to finish. Work was carried out on time and to a high standard. Most of all the workmanship was very good and left clean and tidy throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Michael came today to fit a new extractor fan in my bathroom trickle vents on the windows and new controllers on the radiators all for free on the scheme,all in all im very happy with the completed work,did i mention it was Free?
