The items were delivered promptly and well packaged. Everything works, it's all great and I can't wait to get the crestie in its new home.
Extremely frustrating experience only fuelled by them.
Paid for priority delivery on fruit flies as I have fresh born mantis with a lifespan of 3 days. It wasn't posted until 4 days later. I asked for a refund before they were posted, my email was ignored until they posted the insects then said "its frustrating, but we can't refund you as they have been posted".
Fruitflies arrive 6 days after I ordered them, at the same time as fruitflies I ordered from another company on day 5.
I open the package, the fruit fly container is /open/. 3/4 inches open, no flies inside to propagate the flies (clearly with the postman). No eggs, no maggots.
Again, I complain, they tell me "I know this is very frustrating, but this is a culture. If you want flies, we supply flies only." When they clearly don't know their supplies, curlyhair flies are not suitable for baby mantis and they're trying to explain to me what a culture is. Get postage right then you can tell me what a culture is.
I ordered golden fruit flies (drosophila melanogaster), recieved standard fruit flies (drosopila hydei). So even if there were flies or any of the creatures in the tub, they wouldn't be what I ordered or suitable for nervous ghost mantis hatchlings.
The incompetence and "whatever" attitude has been diabolical. "I know the situation is frustrating", if they had done a single thing right, then it wouldn't have been. Half of my mantis ate each other in the time I waited for my "priority delivery"

My birds love the mealworms received from Internet Reptile. Very quick delivery. Worms quite small when they arrive so plenty of time before they go on to the next stage of their lifecycle. If you buy 500g you probably get another 500g out of them by the time the next delivery arrives. I over-fed last week's shipment with too much wet food. I'm going to keep them on a net so they get air circulating under them. (A bird food catching net in the bottom of a Gorilla tub). I've noticed that the worms like the net if I accidentally leave it in there. (I use it to sieve the bran away from them before deploying for the birds).
They get fed oat bran, grated carrot, lettuce leaves, banana, potato, mango & melon peel. I gave them a sprinkle of brewer's yeast last week - to supplement the bird's diet. Last year I was sprinkling a little milk powder and wheatgerm into their feed - I've not done that this year. I buy them because tits, robins, dunnocks use mealworms to hydrate their chicks. They cannot carry water in their beaks or crops - unlike our lovely woodpigeon!

Chased the order and I had an email back saying the order was cancelled at my request and a refund would be raised. Wouldn't have minded an apology if they had no stock but an annoying response instead.

This is probably the worst experience I've had with an online reptile retailer.
I ordered 2 clean up crews, and extra isopods. I received a damaged box (which might have been OK if their warehouse had put any packaging inside the box) and in total I had 3 worms and 1 tub of isopods left. The rest have either died, been squashed, or lost during delivery.
I contacted them and they won't help me, despite me sending photos, because I need to send a list of every tub impacted (out of 20 odd tubs there was 1 that was fine, oh and the 3 loose worms in the box) with a clear photo of eachz detailing the issue. Seems fair on first glance? But they ignored my email from early afternoon yesterday and only replied this morning. They actually expected me to keep the box in the house? No, it's in the bin. I did try and phone them but the guy on the phone didn't care less and told me email was the only option.
Their attitude is the worst part. The online reptile community in the UK is so small, yet they are happy to treat a customer like they did something wrong rather than just refund, resend, or resolve. But no, the money is worth more than future business apparently.
Be careful, they are great until something goes wrong and then they don't care.
