For a purely scientific profile like mine, I find the trainer to be brilliant, very methodical and at the height of the organization.
He was able to keep us focused and through the whole weekend training after a busy week.
Being myself in teaching and passionate about the transmission of knowledge, I recognize the enormous talent of Mr. Gaizi.

J'ai pu passé un Week-end agréable pendant lequel j'ai appris plein de choses, encadré par Mr Zakaria Gaizi, sur l'agilité et l'environnement de travail SCRUM. Mr Gaizi n'a pas épargner d'effort pour nous accompagner tout au long de cette formation, pour qu'on puisse tous bénéficier au maximum. On a tous pu tirer le maximum de profit, avec sa méthode spéciale mettant en œuvre son expérience dans le domaine de l'agilité, le coaching et le mentoring, ainsi que l'utilisation de la facilitation graphique, qui pour moi était un aspect originale de sa formation. Son professionnalisme, sa métrise du sujet, son sourire et sa sympathie avec l'utilisation de sa méthode originale de formation sont les éléments clés de la réussite de cette expérience, pour moi, inédite.

A lot of interactions between us and with Zakaria with the use of collaborative tools. He was attentive to ourquestions and gave us very concrete examples and explanations

Even if the class was virtual, activities were very good explained and helped me understand. There were also a lot of interactivity. ZAKARIA explained very well the theoretical part and has prepared some exercises to practice and apply what we learned. The general atmosphere was very good, I felt comfortable and confident to speak and to ask questions. Tools and the material used for this virtual class were very helpful.

Nous avons passé une excellente formation, le formateur est très compétent et professionnel, a utilisé des stratégies d'enseignements très variées afin de capter l'attention de l'ensemble des participants (viser les différents styles d'apprentissages, les intelligences multiples) et ce à travers:
* Une contextualisation (Mr Gaizi a administré la formation selon le cadre SCRUM)
* Décontextualisation: en expliquant les différents aspects SCRUM
* Recontextualisation: nous avons fait le transfert à travers un cas pratique (un projet que nous avons réalisé en groupe dans un cadre SCRUM)

C'etàit utile tes interventions. Peut-etre pour encore ameliorer, ça serai bien si tu peux etre un peu plus précis pour ne pas prend trop de temps d'expliquer une idée ;)

J'ai assisté à l'atelier Product owner avec le coach Zakaria Gaizi et c'était vraiment enrichissant et bénéfique pour moi..Je compte passer la certification Product Owner prochainement..Je recommande fortement de suivre des formations avec coach zakaria parcequ'il a vraiment une pedagogie.

Les cours sont progressifs et bien expliqué.

Le formateur maîtrise parfaitement les concepts théorique et les facilite en donnant des exemples pour concrétiser les notions d'agilité et du Scrum.

Des jeux pour pratiquer les valeurs et les principes d'agilité.

Je suis tellement satisfait de la méthode pédagogique suivie durant cette formation, je compte faire d'autres formations avec le même formateur.

J'ai suivi la formation SCRUM proposé par Mr GAIZI pendant 2 jrs. La méthodologie et les support utilisé sont très pédagogique et m'ont permis d'acquérir les bases de SRUM facilement.
Je Recommande vivement cette formation.

J'ai suivi la formation Product Owner avec Zakaria, qui à été top en terme d'explication des principes Scrum et qui nous a éclairé en utilisant des exemples concrets et pertinents, ans oublier ses qualités humaines qui mettent tout de suite à l'aise !
J'ai eu un réel plaisir à suivre cette formation avec lui.
