I've been very impressed with the quality of the lessons, course materials and teachers on the courses at IxDF. Compared to other sources they are extremely good value for money and offer a wealth of useful material for anyone in the UX or design world. A company who sell intuitive design have a counterintuitive website. I asked for money back as they advertise the same day, and after the request button for refund, they ask the password. and from there it is impossible to submit or even to login to benefit for what you have paid already,
Nobody answer to email, the form on the page or phone on the bill. Is the customer service is dying or the online become delusional by automation?
I was kind to pay-not to take for free Youtube lessons and I get +a good lesson+

The courses I took at IDxF were very comprehensive in terms of content, and I appreciated the variety of formats—both videos and text—which made the learning experience feel lighter and more engaging. In addition to the courses, I’d like to highlight the excellent customer support. They responded quickly and always provided helpful solutions. There were a few times I needed their assistance, and they came through every time.

I've done two courses so far and they've been way more in-depth and insightful than I expected. Getting feedback from evaluators on course assignments has been very quick. Support has also been top-notch. Overall very impressed and I can see myself enriching my life and up-skilling with the Interaction Design foundation.

Great source for UX education material!
There is a wide array of topics, from beginner to advanced level, from the most introductory to the more specific. There is no limitation to which levels you can access, so you can take whichever course that suits your needs.
I personally enjoy the combination of medias in each course: there are transcripted videos as well as written articles. Written quiz as well as multiple choices.
As for the certifications, I'm not sure how widely accepted they are in the industry as a skill barometer. But to me personally, that is beside the point. I'm enrolling in the courses to have a more structure learning tool, and once I've completed a course, I tend to use the material as references for work as needed.

The details covered in the course I took (Accessibility - Inclusive Design for All) were very comprehensive and well explained. It included a mix of multiple choice questions based on observation and written text inputs that go towards your certification upon completion. Rikke was very helpful getting me over the line with a few last minute requests, also the ongoing comms and support is second to none.

Recently attended an IxDF Masterclass on User Research for Everyone with Alex McMahon... the session was incredibly informative with super helpful and very practical tips offered, along with great links to resources. The detail will be fantastically supportive of any type of project work you might have and answers every question in concert with what I am working on in my current studies this semester (app development and web design).
The timing is perfect!
The information is brilliant!
And the presentation of the material is crystal clear!

The Interaction Design IxDF courses have been very helpful to me. They have a wide variety of courses in UX design, among other things, from more basic general courses to more specific courses involving for exampling designing for mobile and AI design. In addition there are many other offers. Very useful :-)

After 1 year at IDxF, I was able to enhance my skills in UX and service design. I have 8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
The training content is didactic, and the videos and testimonials from professionals are very instructive. I completed 9 training courses.
I also met several colleagues with whom I have interesting discussions outside the platform.
Lastly, the customer service is great. I had an issue with my invoice, and Rikke resolved it in less than 24 hours.
The only downside is the time required. Understandable. But you should know that it will take between 2 and 4 hours per week for it to be effective. So it’s an investment.
If you have the time, whether you're an expert or a beginner, go for it.
