BEWARE, SCAMMERS
Scammers! While subscribing to their app Learning Games, they sneaked in an "add on" called English for Kids. I specifically wanted to refuse all "add ons" and remember refusing both of them. However, after a single click, I was immediately charged 27.99 CAD for it, which was more than the price of the main subscription. Thus, my credit card was charged twice without ever seeing my "final package" and the total price. – I checked reviews, and many people had the same experience: double charges for undesired content.
On the same day, I contacted their support requesting a full refund, but they refused, claiming that I already started using the service. An image their support officer sent me had a small barely visible text regarding the price of the add on. However, I couldn't recognize the image.
I think, this is the lowest kind of scam: manipulating parents into stealing their money.

Me han cobrado dos cargos al banco. Cuando pido el reembolso por un plan mensual que yo no he escogido, me dicen que no pueden hacerse cargo de esto. La mayoría de las reseñas buenas de esta app es por que cuando te la descargas, te envían un mensaje de que si les pones dos buenas reseñas te regalan 20€ en amazon. La app no vale para nada, y los materiales tampoco.

The ads trick me to pay the trial version and one month. In ads, it state that the trial version is free. The customer service didn't want to refund. They cancel my subscription without refund!

Great Games for Learning
My experience with IntellectoKids Learning Games was excellent. The games were fun, engaging, and very educational. The games were designed in a way that kept kids interested while helping them learn important skills like problem-solving, creativity, and basic academics.
I also appreciate how colorful and easy to use the interface was. Everything felt safe and age-appropriate, which was very important for parents. Beware! You sign up for a trial and they automatically charge an additional 20 pound, citing add ons which where clearly stated. I am computer literate and it was not clearly stated and they don't refund either! Scam company do not sign up!

My child did enjoy however even though I cancelled subscription they have tried to take out different amounts of money twice one for £29 and then again for £25 without my authority so I would’ve renewed but because of that it’s put me off
