This is just a scam! Don’t buy it! They charge you 3 times! I thought I have to pay only 109 danish kroner - but actually I have been charged around 500 kr. It’s awful! Dosen’t warn you about those payments!

And no, they are not helping, as they are saying in any of they answers

Be wary of this app. They put/state free trial for £0.00 and some discount monthly for you to try now, but when you add your card to try the FREE trial they actually charge you. They charged me £39.99 without even mentioning anywhere that i will be charged. When contacted they tried to brush it on misunderstanding, but i do believe they are thiefs. Before any other subscription you get a message mentioning the amount you subscribe for, to make everything crystal clear. NOT HERE. They make sure you don't see it untill is too late and after they do not refund it. Even though i cancelled and send the mesaj to them the next second after i realised they charged me. So I DO NOT Recommend it. Don't trust app that try to lie to you.

At check out it gave me 3 options, I chose the first one which reported £4.99 for 1 week. I clicked pay and I was charged £5.99. Immediately after I was asked if I wanted to add other options but without specifying the price but still I was not interested, when I leave the online site, they charged another £49.95. I contacted support by email directly because there was a technical problem not due to me, but they refuse to refund me. I have proof of what I say because I have the screen recording, but despite this they refuse to refund me. I will report what happened.

J’ai souscrit juste un mois d’essai à 14,99€ et sans rien me demander et je n’ai rien coché en plus on m’a prélevé 14,99€, 19,99€ et 29,95€ d’affiliés. Et pour avoir le support c’est très compliqué ils répètent toujours la même chose. Sachant que le 29,95 on ne peut pas l’annuler. Je souhaiterais être remboursé des 19,99€ et du 29,95€.

I suggest using more printable and engaging learning materials instead of focusing primarily on visual and play-based learning.

Very good for my children I have a 2 year old daughter and three year old son and they really love this learning app they can’t get enough

There are loads of different games on all subjects, stories and shows. The app is bright, colorful and designed to keep the kid engaged. All content is in english, even if you change the app's language.

Not fun of the "basic trial" subscription, got charged on what seemed to be a free trial. They do not refund.

Worst ever experience. They are really shady. I spent 15£ in the April month for a trial and as my child was not at all using or enjoying it, I just went on to cancel the auto renewal from the app in one of the devices. I did cancel. But never got a mail or they never mentioned they will charge 30£ next time but I just cancelled it anyway. Still I was charged in the May without any prior mail or notification as usually other apps inform you prior auto debit as a reminder and when I immediately called them to refund it they are not at all ready to do it and they do send numerous marketing emails but not the mail for reminders. Very disappointing.
Update: I was again contacted by the customer care team and they said they have initiated a refund though it’s against their policy. I appreciate that. A genuine feedback which I would again emphasise- PLEASE INCLUDE A REMINDER NOTIFICATION IN THE APP AND MAIL TOO BEFORE A DAY OR TWO OF RENEWAL. Thank you for finally realising that my case was genuine. Otherwise there are lot of different activities through which a child can learn different subjects and skills.

The content is very nice. Wonderful. But there is incorrect or incomplete information in the plan payment section. Money was charged from my account twice. This was not in the plan.

Absolut enttäuschend! Ich wollte lediglich die Testversion nutzen und wurde ohne klare Hinweise direkt in ein kostenpflichtiges Abo gedrängt. Die Seite ist extrem unübersichtlich, und eine Kündigung war zunächst überhaupt nicht möglich – alles wirkt bewusst so gestaltet, dass man nicht einfach wieder rauskommt.

So ein Vorgehen ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich und hinterlässt einen sehr unseriösen Eindruck. Ich kann nur jedem raten, hier extrem vorsichtig zu sein und genau das Kleingedruckte zu lesen. Für mich definitiv eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich bisher mit einer Online-Plattform gemacht habe.Abzocke Abzocke Abzocke!!!

This app is scammer. Do not trust them at all. They charge me without my permission and when i asked them , they told me it is in T&C which is hidden. The worst and rude customer service and they never pay you back. Send me an email to write a good review and they will pay me , so they honestly fake everything.

I signed up for a trial, but I was immediately charged for a full subscription by mistake. I contacted customer support (Ticket #216980) right away to explain the situation, but they refused to refund my money, offering useless worksheets instead. This is unacceptable business practice. I haven't used any premium features and requested a refund immediately. I want my money back. Avoid this app if you don't want to deal with stubborn customer service.
