This is in regard to Integrity's…IntegrityCONNECT Medicare lead service.
This is in regard to Integrity's medicare lead service called IntegrityCONNECT. During Medicare open enrollment 2025, I signed up and paid to receive leads of individuals interested in getting a quote for Medicare or switching current coverage. As the leads came in, there was a recurring theme of either the phone number provided would not answer when called, would not return a VM requesting a call back, nor would there be any response to a text asking about their Medicare needs and if I could be of assistance. Secondly, those who did answer stated they had not made any intentional request for Medicare info. This was communicated to Integrity with a request to stop the leads and the charges for them, AND a request for a refund for all the bogus leads was also denied. Integrity kept sending me leads and charging me for them even though I asked to cancel.
