I regret that I bought bike as a…
I regret that I bought bike as a birthday present for my son from them. I received an email from their courier on 14,15,16 and 17/09 with information that my item will be with me these days so I was waiting at home for nothing. It’s a joke… I tried get any info from tuffnells where is my package and when I will get it, but they couldn’t tell my anything. So I wrote email to the sender and they answered that my package should be with me by Monday 20/09, unfortunately I’m still waiting. Today I tried call them all day but they didn’t answer, also I wrote another email, without answer too… I wanted to buy a bike for myself as well from them , but after all I will choose another company and for sure I will let to know my friends and family about this bad experience. Very poor service. Im so frustrated and my son is disappointed. I don’t know what to do right now with this situation.

We are actually facing some delays with the Logistics service provider due to shortage on lorry driver .
I am aware its your kid's birthday and due to our poor performance its messed up now , which is excruciating .
However we are always working towards the better customer experience and customer Satisfaction .
Lastly, If you can give us another chance then I can comeback to you with a firm date of bike delivery by tomorrow.

Nice little bike great colour. Grandson loved it although it arrived late for his birthday. When you order it doesn't state when it will be delivered so order in plenty of time if needed as a gift.

Delivery issues.
Bike was delivered 4 days late, waited in twice and never came, had a few hours notice on the day it actually arrived - good thing I wasn't working. Good condition surprisingly, the driver ragged it around before he came (guessed this by the way he sped around the corner and skidded to a halt before arriving at my house) Won't buy from this company again due to lack of communication and confirmation of dispatch but overall I'm pleasantly surprised the bike arrived in one piece and is in decent working order.

Bought a bike, got a refund instead
Bought a bike, got an email with a refund and no explanation. Tried to send them an enquiry through the website to know what happened, never heard back. At least got the money back but costumer services is crap. No good way to reach them.
Payment definitely went through via PayPal, and was refunded via PayPal too. I will try again and if successful will change this review.

After checking your case , it seems the reason for order cancellation is the account didn't receive the payment against the order and due to which it first went to held stage and got cancelled by the System.
If you want you can again place the order and we ensure to deliver it in Next 1-2 Days.
