Bad experience with this firm
Bad experience with this firm. Received the uniforms and several items came out with damaged stitching requested a replacement and sent back the uniform as requested now waiting over a 1 month for replacement and now radio silence. This effected my business and launch of our new department.

Garments were half finished , not happy with customer services attempts to fix the problem.

We’re sorry there was a production error on part of this order and we apologised immediately. As soon as the issue was raised, we offered to correct it at our cost by adding the missing back logos, including providing a prepaid return label and offering to arrange courier collection from the customer’s address to make the process as easy as possible.
The garments would need to be returned to our workshop for the embroidery to be completed, which is standard for any correction.
We also note that this review has been reposted following a previous review regarding the same order.
In addition, content shared by the customer on social media appears to show the garments in use with back embroidery visible, which does not reflect the description provided in this review.
We remain happy to resolve the issue and complete any required work as originally agreed if the items are returned.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding this order.
The garments were produced exactly according to the colours that were confirmed and approved during the mock-up stage before production began. We always send a mock-up for approval to ensure customers are happy before production starts.
After the items had already been produced, the customer requested an additional logo to be added. Unfortunately this was not possible as the garments had already been completed and embroidery space on the items is limited.
We have responded to calls and messages and explained the situation several times. Today we also contacted the customer by phone in an attempt to discuss and resolve the matter, however during the call our staff were subjected to abusive language, which is unacceptable.
Despite this, we have remained professional and have tried to handle the situation calmly. We are always happy to assist customers and remain open to resolving matters professionally.

The clothing colours supplied were exactly the colours that were ordered and approved during the mock-up stage before production began. We always send customers a visual confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings before embroidery starts.
Regarding the additional logo request, this was raised after the items had already been produced. Unfortunately embroidery cannot simply be added afterwards if there is not sufficient space or if the garment has already been completed. We explained this to the customer and tried to clarify the production limitations.
We have also responded to calls throughout the process and have done our best to explain the situation.
If the customer would like to contact us again, we are always happy to review the order details together and assist where possible.

Great service.. From the minute I contacted the team till the day I received my order.. It was last minute order.. I recived it within 3 days, beautiful embroidery and quality of hoddie/fleece/polo.. Absolutely great.
