Recognise my years with you

I would like to see the system is more easy when I register my cars
I have been with you more than 13 years but there is no recognition to keep my quite the same every year or to find the cheapest quote for me

From bad to worst to total failures!

I have been using these people and their predecessors for 35 years and they have got progressively worse. They have left my renewal late for a number of years and now with a matter of days to go they have said they cannot get me a quote. My company have never claimed in 35 years. Obviously not enough profit in small company business to warrant any effort.

Dear Sirs,
I am sorry that you have felt it necessary to leave a negative review for us, however we appreciate the chance to review what has happened and rectify any issues that may have occurred.
Looking at your renewal, despite wanting to keep all of our customers year on year, we are at the mercy of the Insurers at renewal time. Your Insurer, MIDAS, are no longer offering commercial insurance and therefore could not quote for you this year; we did search the market, as we always do, but were unable to find a suitable replacement.
Whilst we pride ourselves on being able to quote for many risks, unfortunately we were unable to find a provider for you this year.
