I bought a gold id bracelet for my 18 month old granddaughter. After wearing about 3 months my granddaughter arm developed a rash and the gold was turning disgusting colors. Wrote to instgifts and they replied to send pictures. After sending pictures they replied that it is normal wear and tear if you don't take care of it.How does a 18 month abuse a bracelet. They said that will replace if I send them 15 dollars for shipping. Why would I spend more money for the same crap they are selling. And why would i subject my granddaughter to another rash. This company does not get it.

The website was easy to navigate and use. The products were well priced and they were beautiful in looks, weight and quality. They were also the right size. The delivery took some time to come, but overall, it was worth the wait cuz it was delivered to my door.
