There delivery service is rubbish I paid for urgent shipping should have been two to three days eight days later still not shipped.when I asked why I paid for urgent shipping just get reply stating thank you for enquiring we will notify you when item is shipped

I ordered from them and paid for shipping protection. First off it took forever to get updates and when it was supposedly delivered the package never arrived so when I emailed them they were extremely difficult to work with and fought me tooth and nail to even remake the bracelet. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them

The bracelet is not as expected, it’s worse. The birthstone (May) is black instead of green. The engraving is also black. It doesn’t look like the one I selected at checkout at all.

This company emailed me to verify the customizations I made before they start production . I don’t understand why I had to do that , to me it seemed like none of my customizations were on file after I made the purchase. I sent the confirmations and On top of that I reminded them I also paid extra for engraving on the back and a gift box (total was 38$ after shipping) they messaged me back and claimed I didn’t select those personalizations and sent me an invoice for an extra payment . It didn’t make sense because the total with out those extras would have been only 25$ with the coupon they gave that’s 20% off. Pretty weird they don’t know the prices of there services or have any customization saved on file when ordering . I felt like they were trying to get extra money from me because I 100% paid extra for those extras. Beware of this company . I sent them screenshots and asked them to give me a break down of what I paid for then because clearly there is some sort of mix up .

My mother saw this ad online and sent it to me, she just had a granddaughter and wanted a bracelet from here. The jewelry on this page looks amazing and well detailed. I'm excited for the delivery.

Very cheap plastic product. Not what I expected for the price. It is a silhouette of a girl on a horse in a cheap blue plastic not worth more than $5 if that. It was a gift that just went in the garbage.

I bought a whiskey glass with guitars on it.
Very poor quality compared to the advert !!
Looks like an average sticker stick on to the glass !
