The ordering process quick and goods arrived in perfect order.
The ordering process was quick and the removal of funds from my account even quicker, but the goods were not dispatched even though the ruse of creating a UPS label was used to make me feel good, only when I contacted instashot to say that the goods had not been collected by UPS for delivery to me, did they call UPS for the collection and 4 days later the items arrived. The website had said that the items were in stock.
The items were all boxed although they did not have their security stickers over the box openers. Saying that everything was clean and brand new. All working perfectly.
The support via chat on the website is immediate and very good. I would recommend instashot if you want good pricing and quality service.

My camera was very well packaged and i am very pleased with my purchase.

wasnt happy
wasnt happy, site says in stock for 2-4 day delivery,
yes its in stock in china and takes them two weeks to place the order, then it took 4 days to get to me, in the end i waited almost three weeks for the camera to arrive

Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled correctly, I feared the worst and that I would have a load of hassle getting it put right, how wrong I was, the email I sent identifying the problem was answered almost instantly and the matter solved without any fuss or quibble.

So it's not that Instashot are a bad…
So it's not that Instashot are a bad company their just dishonest about stock and where it comes from.Oh and as I'm writing this review for my nikon D500 camera that I ordered on the 17th of November and was told would arrive by the 21st cause hey they're a uk based company right. Eventually got my tracking to tell me it was in Hong Kong which it spent 2 and a half days there then a day in Dubai and then 2 days in Germany so upshot of all this is. If you want to order from these guys just know your ordering so your piece of kit can go on a really good holiday. And by the way customer service is next to us less as all they kept saying was UPS were having a really bad week even when I asked them when I could expect my order to eventually arrive I got that answer. And yes still waiting for the camera to arrive tomorrow.would give no stars if this would let me.

Very good service. I ordered the same camera from Amazon and it never arrived so I decided to order from instashot and the camera arrived couple of days later than expected date but it arrived. I found this company trustworthy.

Ordered the Nikon D500
Ordered the Nikon D500, almost instantly i received an email to confirm the order. The next day the order was processed and i was given the tracking order number. The Camera arrived i day ahead of schedule.
I fully recommend this store and service.

It would have been 5 stars but for the fact the wrong camera was delivered initially, however the wrong one was picked up the next day and the correct camera delivered the day after. Mistakes happen and instashot certainly resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.
An excellent service at an excellent price. Will definitely use again in the future
