I ordered from GPSOutlet before I read the reviews. In common with others I had no email confirmation of order, no response to the email I sent querying this, and after a week I opened a dispute in Paypal - lo and behold my item was despatched that same day and received a couple of days later. Very, very poor customer service.

Absolutely awful service and will never use again, would have given no stars if I could have. Item still not arrived after being told 1-2 day delivery now on day 6 with no delivery. Tried phoning and email but no response from either. Can’t stress enough to anyone not to use this company, just look at the reviews and it seems late delivery and no communication is normal.

Firstly, I'm really please with my purchase once it arrived. The service has a lot to be desired. Ignore the delivery within 1 to 2 working days...This is a loss leader. My item arrived a week and a half after ordering. I chased a couple of times, only getting one response on the first chase, advising it would arrive the following week. When it didn't, I requested a refund...my purchase arrived the next day.

Excellent service in the end but no confirmation email got me worried. No reply to my email. The published phone number is out of service which got me even more worried but GPS arrived in good order so no complaints except poor (zero) customer communications.

Order has not turned up tried emailing and and calling no answer or response.

Ordered my GPS on the Tuesday.Emailed Wednesday to ask when will it arrive?Answer was “tomorrow “.And true to form it was. A very well done from a delighted customer 👏👏

After ordering a cycling computer I didn't receive a confirmation email, so emailed and tried phoning to check that the order had gone through. Phone lines gave an unavailable number message and no response by email, but I need not have worried as the product arrived 3 days later and all was good.

I received confirmation of order placed. Four days later request for "How did we do" review, then on the seventh day the purchased product arrived.
Doubt I will use this company again, due to lack of information and slow delivery.

At this stage I would avoid using them ever again, ordered Garmin power mount and paid through pay pal, three weeks later and no goods dispite next day supply, lots of mails to ask them where the item was.
Some response to say it will be with on a certain day but the days come and go, really disappointing that GPS Outlet are no longer answering any of my mails
Now logged with Pay pal as a dispute, which they are still not bothered in answering. Looking for Pay pal to credit
Avoid if you want your goods or expect any sort of honest responses

Ordered 2 Yr warranty and next day delivery. Product took 4 days to arrive but is working fine. No warranty in box but clearly stated on order so unsure if there is cover ...

Remember if it looks too good to be true…it probably is.

I have no idea if the Royal Mail tracking number is genuine. One thing I can tell you is that the promised next delivery never materialised. Four days on I am still waiting.

Despite using their web contact form, I have yet to get a response.

Would I use this company again? At the moment the signs are that they are not to be trusted.

Great communication from enquiries. Let down a little by royal mail 2 day delivery taking a week. Product genuine as described. Great service overall.

Good price for item but delivery disappointing.

I ordered 2 gps dashmounts that screw down permanently but instead all I got was a lousy wristband for something I don't even own!

How in the hell someone can't count to 2 is beyond my compression let alone being so butt blind as to send something not even close to what was ordered makes me wonder how in the hell they got their job in the first place!

In short thanks for wasting my time and money, I 'll never ever deal with this incompetent company ever again!!!

Great product (genuine for good price). Postage slow takes 9 days even they promise 1-2 days..

Product as described however postage service took over a week. Difficult to get in touch over the phone and all done by email

Unfortunately at the time of writing this review I must say I am disappointed with GPS Outlet. I've heard many good reviews, and also seen the negative relating to customer service.

I purchased a watch online, I received a shipping number and tracking with RM. All was well. However the parcel didn't move for a week. It took an email for them to admit it was out of stock.. they sent an "upgrade" the next day. Which arrived fine.
Within 48 hours this watch is faulty.
I have emailed GPS Outlet, called them and used their web chat to no avail. I'm currently nearly £300 down and have no support.

Be very wary.

If this changes, I will of course update my review accordingly.

UPDATE -

An apology from GPS outlet as they had been moving warehouses. They very quickly sent a new watch out after the delay and it was rectified. I feel my timing of buying a watch just hit the wrong period for the company and what could have been a small issue took a long time to rectify. As promised I would change my review fairly!
To be fair, I would use this company again should I need a new watch at any point. -1 star for the initial faulty product.
