I would not buy from them again. First they say they have a 50 day money back guarantee so u can try it and see if you like it. No hassles for return they say… but when I tried to return it after using only 5 sticks out of 30 they said if I used more than 2 sticks I could not return! They say that in fine print of return policy! So it’s not a 50 day money guarantee then right?!? Also they sent me another box in 30 days that I did not order because they said I signed up for a subscription which I did not!! I contacted them to return and they said I can return but have to pay for return shipping. This company I feel is very deceiving and would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone!! If you have a good product you don’t need to rip people off to try it!

I really wanted to love this product—the formula itself is solid—but the overall experience missed the mark.

When my order arrived, the packaging was incredibly sloppy. The hydration packets looked like they’d been tossed around—many were crumpled, upside down, and disorganized. Not the kind of presentation you'd expect from a premium product. I reached out to the company to share this concern, and while they responded quickly, they took zero responsibility for the packaging and blamed the shipping carrier. But let’s be real—the carrier isn’t the one placing the packets into the boxes.

Additionally, the branding on the water bottle I ordered came off after just one wash. That was really disappointing.

I believe this is a small company with a good product and lots of potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially when it comes to packaging, quality control, and customer experience.

If you’re looking for hydration I would not recommend. Between instant hydration product and nectar product the cost are similar, but the way the products work are very different. Nectar, was good enough that I felt hydrated and even helped prevent me from being sick in 99 degree heat.
After Nectar I feel good and do not feel like I need to use the restroom all day.
The flavors and ingredients in nectar were doable for all. (Do your homework)
The instant hydration product flavor mango tasted like salty medicine. Some of the other flavors are doable.
Return policy for instant hydration is very strict and almost ridiculous. If it’s a money back guarantee, (which obviously it’s not if a bunch of rules) then I’m going to really try it.
I’m going to have friends try it. I’m going to test the products. I had friends and family try both products- overall most prefer nectar. One preferred instant hydration.

Buyer beware! They sign you up for a monthly subscription when it’s really not clear they’re doing so. And then when you go to cancel it, it says you have to wait 13 days, even though they have a “cancel anytime” policy. Deceptive and illegal!!!

I purchase goods to my address, using my bank card in my name. I use a promo code.
The seller cancels my order and takes my money.
I try to file a dispute with the bank, but the store assures the bank that I am a fraudster.
I cannot get my money back, and it is not a small amount—$377.
Do not make purchases at this store; you will lose your money.

I placed a SINGLE order for two boxes of electrolytes. I did NOT order a subscription. However, this morning - an exact month later from my first order, I received an email notification that my subscription order for a single box was being shipped. Again, I did NOT sign up for a subscription and was very careful not to do so. I have reached out to customer service but am not feeling hopeful given the large number of negative reviews with the same issue as I had (signing customers up for a subscription without approval). I really wish I would have read the reviews first. :/ I will be calling my bank to flag the charge and keep my fingers crossed that I actually hear back from customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not recommended, the taste was terrible. Thy recommend adding more ice and water, which I did and this was awful. Had to pay to have it shipped to me and shipped back. These drinks are not good, taste like ocean water.

I ordered the MVP package, which listed that it came with a 120-count electrolyte mix, a glass water bottle, and a free gift of vitamin D+K. When the package arrived, the glass water bottle was not inside. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they no longer ship the glass water bottle. Additionally, the electrolyte packages do not taste good and are not worth the price they are selling for. Finally, I wish I had looked up the reviews on Trustpilot before making my purchase; I would have saved myself the time.

I emailed this company twice to find out what type of magnesium is contained which is very important to know. No reply. I n wouldn’t trust this company just for that reason.

I ordered a lot of product and accidentally signed up for a subscription. It took almost 3 weeks to get the product and then I received an email after having the product for only 10 dayssaying my order is complete and it was shipping me the same product. I reached out about to try and cancel the order and the customer service was less than helpful and didn't even address my issue. I made sure to cancel the subscription and will never order from them again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came across an ad and was genuinely excited to try the product through a subscription. Despite being marketed as “natural,” the taste was distinctly artificial.

The cancellation process was frustrating and poorly managed. A second order was processed and shipped without my consent, and I received no prior notification—only a credit card charge alert. I contacted the company immediately, within an hour of the charge, but they were unable (or unwilling) to cancel the order. Instead, I was told I could return the product at my own expense.

When I requested a receipt or order confirmation, I was told it would be included in the package. It’s unacceptable for an online business to fail to provide basic documentation like an email receipt.

This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor communication, questionable billing practices, and a lack of transparency make this a company I cannot recommend.

I placed a single order and checked off only a single order, however they charged me a subscription price of $58.78 exactly a month after my original order. The charge was made at 4am and I’m pretty pissed off about this. I sent an e-mail to them and want this charge reversed and I’m never using the service again.

I emailed them twice about not receiving an order. I never got a reply and one month later they sent me an email saying they are shipping an order I never placed for more money than my initial order. After reading other reviews it sounds like this is very common.

I should have read reviews before finally placing order. I was inundated with ads in every social platform I have, so I figured it was time to give it a try. Order came packaged really nice and came with a free vitamin gift. The flavors are lacking but I thought I picked one I would like.
This product is disgusting. I put the one packet of raspberry in my 32 oz stanley and it felt like I was drinking a concentrate. I dumped half out and tried to dilute and I still couldnt drink it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. To return, I have to pay for shipping, they require you return all of it: free gift, box and all but 2 packets to prove you didnt use more. Very poor service! Now I feel even less confident knowing that they likely reuse these very same products for someone else. I would NOT recommend, or at least expect to be out your money or be out shipping if you dont like the product.

I ordered directly from their website that I've been receiving email offers from. I was super excited to try and potentially even be a brand influencer for this company, as I medically need electrolytes. However, afyer placing a order on May 22nd, it is now June 17th and nothing has shipped. Ive been given multiple excuses. The first said they were out of one of the flavors and I could wait till it came in, or select a different flavor and then I would receive in within a few days. I switched to receive receive sooner, since I need them medically and since then have been given three other excuses. I'm truly beginning to think this is a scam brand and no order is ever coming. I will be contacting multiple reporters and BBB to file a formal complaint.

Costumer service is terrible, they offer promos then don’t honor them or the “system” switches things. The product is expensive, at that price point the order system should be accurate and customer service helpful.

I am one of the people who also got forced into a subscription that I did not request it. I was very careful to NOT select a subscription but they charged $59.78 without my permission.

They did not provide an advanced notice they were going to charge the credit card. There were no notices at all until I got a text from my bank that my credit card was charged. I was shocked.

As soon as I got the alert from my bank I sent multiple emails to their support email address and customer service address. I didn't get a response and when did they finally responded it was "already shipped" so I was told. So I have to wait get the product and then I will have to return it myself.

Since I did not order the product and they charged my credit card without permission it certainly seems like a scam. It is very disturbing and sad this company operates this way to take advantage of people.

They claim that they will allow credits up to 50 days. Well that is not the case. I alerted them on day 1 that I didn't place an order when they charged my credit card.

I specifically didn't want to have a subscription because I wanted to taste the product first. And guess what, it is awful and actually made me sick and nauseous.

I never write reviews but I don't want this to happen to other people. Unfortunately I see there are many similar reviews like mine. I sure wish I had looked at TrustPilot before I ordered from InstantHydration. Lesson learned.

And please note that they never acknowledge that they automatically turn on the subscription without our knowledge… They’re hoping that we do not notice or we just accepted.

Be careful and take care

Awful customer service and delivery estimates. Then, three weeks later, my box arrived mangled and half the packets are leaking. I reached out to customer service multiple times with no response. They don’t care at all about the customer.

We love this product but ordered 5 boxes and only 1 box has been shipped in over a week, we are moving in 2 days and just need to get the address changed as we really want the product and cannot leave a forwarding address. Can not find a phone number anywhere for this company and have not received an email back.

This was so salty I had to pour it down the drain! Nauseated me with one sip! Watermelon flavor, was so looking forward to this drink, but highly disappointed with the product. How do I get my money back?
