My daughter likes this product, last month she asked me to get order a couple boxes for her, which I did I used my card The account is in her name. It was a one-time purchase, what they don't tell you is that they're forcing you to subscribe and there's no way to cancel it so when they recharged my card for about $115 about 5 days ago, We have been trying to cancel and get a hold of this company now for about five six days no response they're too busy to respond when they're less busy maybe they will respond I'm going to have to probably call my bank and let them know that they fraudulently used my card It was a one time use nobody allowed them to use my personal information for a subscription as far as their subscription goes My daughter's been unable to go on and find an easy way to cancel she cannot cancel the product she she's unable to do anything I would imagine if you're going to buy this bite through a third party through Amazon or someone that's going to guarantee they're not going to steal your information and use it as they like

I signed up for a subscription but have never received anything. They tell me it has shipped but can't give me a tracking #. I have responded asking for the tracking but have not received a response. Definitely a SCAM

Well I tried to take advantage of your MVP bundle, but it was not shipped to me, and I was told you discontinued your vitamin D+K. I am very disappointed and will not be recommending your product to others based on your service. You cannot even keep your word on what you were supposed to ship. The product itself is adequate, some flavors being better than others.

I subscribed for the discount, the water bottle and the bottle of D3 with every order. The bottle didn’t come but a note did that said it was unavailable. After the second order, I was told D3 would not be included anymore. When I would check my subscription, the pricing was all over the place and wouldn’t include the discount(s) or free shipping. After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was told it would all straighten out before the next order shipped. Based on how loosely the business seems to run, I wasn’t convinced and cancelled the subscription yesterday. My last order was suppose to ship over a week ago and still hasn’t but with no explanation. The wait for a customer service response was long, the answers seemed generic and weren’t always sufficient. As for the product, I was rather happy with it but did find it too expensive and rather salty. I’ve moved on from Instant Hydration but mostly because I didn’t feel confident in the way the company operates.

I got the order. It was not what I expected flavor wise so I changed my subscription to every 3 months and changed flavors. Well they went ahead and billed me 30 days later..mind you I had only used 5 packets so definitely didnt need another box and it was not the new flavor that I requested.
I submitted a complaint through their website and NOBODY responded to me until I escalated it through PayPal. They sent me a return shipping label and said they would refund my money once they got the product back...MINUS THE SHIPPING....its not my fault that they dont abide by their return policy or tracking mechanisms. I should not be penalized. Okay product ...crappy customer service. Do not buy. There are other products without this sketchy service.

Do not order from this scam of a company. There is no way to cancel your subscription. It says yo can at anytime. BUT YOU CANT AND THEY WONT. You will have to close your acct with your credit card. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I like the product but I placed an order using a discount code the the company canceled my order and asked me to redo it. When I asked them to just send me an invoice honoring the coee, they refused, telling me to "check the website for deals." Insanely bad customer service. Avoid this brand. They will not last long at this rate.

This company signed me up for a subscription that I did NOT authorize. The money that was suppose to go towards a medication was taken from me for a product I never would have bought again. The instant hydration packets have a weird metallic taste that tastes like medicine. I NEVER would have authorized another purchase. When I contacted them they sent me an email saying they will get back to me as soon as possible but they lately have a lot of messages being sent to them. I wish I never would have fell into their trap!

I would strongly recommend AGAINST getting this product. Not only was i charged twice but when the package that was "supposed" to include a vitamin bottle and their glass bottle those were NOT included.

TERRIBLE! As a long time customer of L**T, I thought I'd give these guys a go - they're all over the socials. But they overcharged me by 50% and then I had to send FAR TOO MANY emails to ask them to refund the difference. Shelby was useless. Clarissa did nothing. Kept passing me from one person to another. UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for some kind of compensation for all the messing about and Brenda (supposedly a customer service supervisor) generously offered 10% (so, about $8)... which never arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Just not worth it when there are SO many other companies with better products... products that DON'T clump, aren't colored, and frankly taste better than these.

Every time I cancel a subscription another one pops up. Extremely sneaky business practice for horrible product.

I am extremely disappointed with this company… I purchased a one time order and suddenly had a pending charge for an ongoing subscription. I immediately called the company to cancel the order and no one answered. There was a message instructing to send an email which I did and it’s been three days and I have yet to hear back from someone. The charge on my card has now gone through and I cannot afford it. I had a weird feeling so I did some research and found that this has been happening to a lot of people. And the company has never responded or processed a refund and even after cancelling the subscription people have continued to get charged without notice. I now have to call my bank and try to fight the charges. I can’t believe so many influencers support this unethical business… and the rest of us who are just making by financially especially in this economy are being scammed by this business. I will be contacting the better business bureau because this is inaceptable.

Instant Hydration is by far the best Hydration formulation I've found yet for people with Addison's disease, and struggling with things like low blood pressure. Its the only formulation my body has been able to handle without getting sick instantly in quite a few years.

These scammers got my card number and charged me for something I didn't order.

This tastes gross.. I received one box and a sample box.. Myself and each one of kids tried the samples ans we were discussed by this drink... I have sent four or five emails stating I wanted to return and get a refund but all I get is we are extremely busy email back no one reaches out to me then today I received an email asking me to rate my experience with Phil who apparently helped me and I never received any email from this place from anyone helping me with my return.. This place is crap. You will be calling my bank tomorrow and let them know I have made many attempts to contact this place and return the product and get a refund but they are not getting back to me and yet they can still post daily on their socal media

It’s got way too much salt, but not only the product of the customer service. They charged me twice for one package now I have to pay 899 to send their mistake back.

I canceled my subscription and then they indicated that I had another subscription. Canceled again and received yet another order! Now they won’t refund or let me return it as it is out of the return window since I have been working to try to fix all the issues. Worst customer service ever!

Tastes like colonoscopy prep solution. Even after further dilution I felt like vomiting with each sip. Unfortunately since I had opened the free gift they would not authorize a return. I canceled and better not receive more shipments and charges like other reviewers are mentioning.

I canceled my subscription and got notifications I had order on its way a d they took money out of my account. I did not order they just sent and now no response. I could not tolerate this product as it made me sick. Customer service if lacking and they send out product you didn't order. Be careful

The product is "BAD"!!
Taste as if you're drinking salt water. Sodium content is very over bearing. Then. When I went to return the product, they took them a few days to respond. Once they responded they sent me a return label, but I had to pay for return shipping! NOPE!!!
