I mistakenly booked movers for the wrong day, disaster right?!

I called Instamove in a panic and they were able to organise movers same day for a very reasonable price.

Andres and Cristian arrived on time and not only were they fast and careful with our belongings, they were so friendly and made moving enjoyable (if you can believe that)

I will certainly be using Instamove next time, cannot recommend more highly

David & Nicolas were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and did an excellent job taking care not to damage the item being transported. I would recommend them.

We used Instamove to help us relocate some very heavy furniture from upstairs in our house to downstairs and vice versa. Daniel and Boris were fantastic taking care of all of our furniture and worked so hard. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Communication with Instamove was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

If I could score 11 out of 10, I would. I did not become a customer but I am severely impressed by the attention I was given. The instant online quote, really was instant!! Aaron was exceptionally friendly and polite in his follow-up call. I opted for a self-driven trailer hire but I was given perfect service even though I did not engage their Service, and I have asked for the opportunity to give this reference. Great company to use to move your stuffs .. very professional and friendly staffs specially Felipe and Santiago, they are the best.They are at a different level.They loaded and unloaded my household stuffs without causing any damages or a single scratches... I would highly recommend using this company and Felipe and Santiago, im sure the other staffs too are professional.Trust me u wont have any regrets of paying their service.

Felipe and Pedro were just exceptional. Quick, efficient, professional, helpful and totally lovely human beings. They treated our furniture and belongings so carefully, and went above and beyond to get things where we wanted them. Could not be happier - would highly recommend them. The whole Instamove experience was smooth as silk. Phone staff were friendly and efficient. Booking, communication and invoicing were all straightforward.

Felipe and Pedro Luan helped us move today and WOW!! We had never used removalists before and now we won't be using anyone else. They were absolutely stand-out all day, efficient friendly and offering to help us however they could; even offering to pack our own car for us! The booking process was also super easy and Instamove kept us up to date the whole time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Thiago and Jeferson from Instamove were our movers and they were amazing. They handled all our things with due care and were very professional identifying how to best fit all of our things into the truck maximising the space to ensure most of all our items are in for the move.

Also thank you to the team at the office attending to our arrangements as we had to cancel/reschedule our initial booking due to the whole family falling sick.... they were very responsive and fast to assist with the rescheduling and we were then arranged for the move almost immediately when were better!!!!
