My move was stress free and easy today. They turned up on time and completed the move as booked. No hidden expenses and nothing damaged. I would recommend Eduardo and Puchi.

We moved today and we could not have got 2 better young men to move us than Juan Sebastián and Mauricio. They were polite and respectful and made the move very easy.

Bruno and Lucas are awesome movers; exactly on time, took tremendous care with our things, packed everything well with protective blankets and tied down bulky items with straps. Overall just a great experience

The team at Instamove were also really accomodating, I had to change dates on them a few times and it was no problem, they followed up & communicated really well throughout the process. I'd recommend them to anyone for future moves, thanks again.

I was lucky enough to have Eduardo and David move us today, and to say they are efficient and fantastic at there job would be an understatement. I called Instamove early this morning as the movers we had originally booked with cancelled on us an hour out! Nerissa in head office answered my call and was fantastic, I told her my situation and within an hour we had Eduardo and David at our door. They moved our entire 2 bedroom apartment so quickly, no damage, nothing missed. What a fantastic experience we had. We will absolutely be using them again. We a little skeptical initially as the process to quote was super easy. anticipated issues however, on the day Josh and Fernando were super courteous, professional and efficiently went about the move without any issues. Similarly the office crew were across every details. Highly recommend using Instamove.

I had the absolute best experience with my recent move thanks to Santiago and Jeremias from Instamove. From start to finish, they handled everything with so much care, precision, and professionalism. Every single item was treated like it was their own, and I'm so impressed that all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition.

Bruno and Luca were amazing! They took such a good care of our stuff, ensuring that nothing gets scratched and moved in the truck or upon delivery. They were kind, polite and even helped with some extra things that we were not expecting.

Our removalists Gustavo and Fabio were great (on time, friendly/professional, and efficient). And Instamove was very good at communicating everything we needed to know.

Absolutely amazing experience.
I needed help getting a super heavy massage chair from my garage up a flight of stairs into the house, and they handled it like total pros.
They were on time, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing—no stress, no damage, just smooth and efficient from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a nightmare job turned out to be quick and easy thanks to them.
Highly recommend if you need reliable help with heavy or tricky moves. Will definitely use again!

Booked through 2men and a truck, 13/4/26, yet Edward & Pouchi, 2 young south American men from Chilie were third party contractors @ Roomovers & represented these brands & did a fantastic job . They were a little late but advised us by text message & email in advance. Communication was friendly & great all round. They were very professional, wrapped items securely, worked efficiently and always asked if need be. Smart thinking & stacked the items in the truck like experts in a Tetris game lol. Price was competitive and obtaining a online quote was easy. Handled everything with care & I would recommend them to anyone needing furniture removalists.
