Great team who always respond quickly and help without judgement. I've never dealt with anyone I didn't like. Definitely recommend.

The whole team at insight are absolutely fantastic!! Just when you think it already does everything you need and more, you find something else you can use insight to support with. The staff support team are then fabulous at tailoring this to suit you and your school within a matter of minutes! They are our data guardian angels. They have also showed us how to do a lot of the changes ourselves, through screengrabs, videos and step-by-step instructions. Nothing is ever too much trouble (or impossible for them to do!). If you can think of an idea, they can definitely make it happen!!

I have only just started using Insight over the past few weeks after a recommendation from another head who has joined our Trust. I am sure I have only just scratched the surface with what it can do but am blown away by the amazing support you get. Every question - no matter how big, small, simple or complex it may seem, is responded to so promptly. Everyone responds so professionally and with other offers of support. It really feels as though you are a valued customer. I can't wait to see what else Insight can do and to working with such wonderful people.

Thank you to the team! Transitioning our Trust to a new data system was not an easy decision to make, but I have to say we have not looked back. The team have been hugely supportive in helping us set up a Trust-wide data system which is bespoke to our needs. Nothing has been too much trouble! Staff at Chancery have been very impressed with the look and functionality of Insight. It is efficient and enables top level information to be shared in a timely manner. The level of filters also allows focus groups from across the MAT to be tracked closely too.

From a data professional perspective, I have found Insight to be a superb primary assessment tool and have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. Prior to my current role, I had no experience of primary school data but Insight's platform enabled me to quickly understand the key measures and how we can use the system to provide actionable information to schools in our Trust. I'm yet to find an example where Insight is unable to meet our needs. On the rare occasion we require further guidance, Insight's support team are quick to respond with relevant and meaningful solutions.

As SENCo, this platform has been life changing! The learning plans, provisions etc can all be tailored to our requirements and this has supported more time-efficient EHCP applications. Teachers and support staff can access the plans to add updates, set up intervention groups, review targets and record notes from meetings with parents. We were also able to tailor the assessments to support our data analysis. Additionally, whenever we need support or any changes made, the team at insight are so quick to respond and find solutions. I cannot recommend this platform enough!

Every time either my staff or myself ring up for some guidance or advice we are greeted with friendly staff who clearly explain what we need to know. Thank you! Long may this excellent service continue.

We were recommended Insight as a solution to our tracking systems and we were blown away by the capabilities of this system. It has been an absolute game changer and most importantly, a real time saver. We are loving the Insight software, particularly
now that we have some data set to work on, we are able to pick out key themes, compare and track the performance of key groups.
The system works on different levels so in addition to this leadership work, our subject leaders and teachers are then able to work from a pupil-level approach too, so for example, the progress matrices are fantastic for picking out those children in danger of falling behind and for EYFS, they can explore particular areas of learning that can then influence their practice in the classroom.
Again, it's a real time saver and in just a few clicks we are able to explore all its aspects.
The customer service is second to none. The system is intuitive so the 'help' feature adapts to the topics of the page you are looking at. But if you can't find it there, the customer service team are super responsive at getting back to any queries or are happy to personalise and deliver training to members of staff - be it to the whole school or to individuals (such as SENCo and Office Administrators). So glad we have this tool at our fingertips.

We've just made the move to Insight Tracking from Pupil Asset after putting it off for sometime. Now wondering why we waited. Insight is smooth, intuitive, fast, easy to use, and the support is excellent. Training sessions whenever needed all included in the fee. And as well as assessment tracking, it does so much more with very useful attendance reports, parent reports and a hugely helpful provision mapping section for SEN which includes learning plans. It really has been an eye-opener and we are sooooooo glad we made the switch. Don't think we have ever managed such a positive change in school as this! So much so, that one member of staff was overheard saying that Insight is like a special Valentine's present! (we had Insight training yesterday and today is Valentine's Day!). Thank you Insight Team.

We've recently moved across to Insight based on recommendations from colleagues at other schools. Could not be more delighted with the smooth and timely transition of data from our previous platform and the level of support from the team at Insight. They are very quick to respond to queries and to enable schools to build bespoke assessment and tracking packages. Our staff are keen to get going now!

We are at the beginning of our journey and have just started a trial period for schools and at MAT level. The initial setup couldn't havee been more easy and the customer service team are incredibly quick to respond to any questions and to make the system bespoke for our schools. The ease of data transfer and uploads and the ablity to quickly and easily get useful reports is fantastic and by far the easiest and most useful system I have come across!

We have used Insight for 4/ 5 years. It’s brilliantly adaptive to each school. The support team know their stuff and respond quickly. There are always updates to the system which make sense and make my job so much easier! Love love love Insight!

By far the best assessment system we have used. It has all the usual reports you need, plus the ability to generate your own immediately.
The interface is easy to understand and there's knowledgeable Insight staff, who know schools and all their quirks, the end of the phone or email to support if needed.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for today. Insight has made our entire report writing and sending process so much slicker than previous years. The writing of reports has saved teachers a lot of time; the checking and approval process has been so smooth with members of SLT able to access without a hitch; the approval and sending was completed in less than hour - a similar task took more than 6 hours without Insight last year.

Your customer service is first class - I phoned with a couple of issues this morning and they were resolved instantly. The call back to check was the 'cherry on the top'.

Insight is an extremely flexible system for gathering and analysing school data. The team at Insight have been incredibly helpful in setting up the system so it's just right for our setting. I now have access to all the data I need and can organise it and view it in different ways to support me in analysing it effectively.
The customer support at Insight is absolutely amazing. If I email them with any kind of query during the working day, they respond very rapidly and have often sorted everything out straight away. This can be anything from small issues such as editing an assessment to setting up new sets of objectives.

I can now easily access relevant assessment information about all children in my school. During our recent phonics checks, I could access real-time data about the performance of children in the test. The report writing package within Insight has revolutionised how we write reports and has made it much easier for me to access the 422 reports to read.

The new attendance information has been helpful, and the graphical way that it has been displayed, has enabled me and my senior team to quickly understand the weak spots in children's attendance.

The performance related reports that Insight produces are used to support my governing body papers, and they have been instrumental in discussing pupil progress with all staff.

The product has been super reliable, and I would like to reiterate my thanks to the team.

Our staff has recently started to use Insight to create parent reports. It has radically changed the process for the better. Each teacher saves several minutes of labour per report, and the reports are more accurate as they extract data from the marksheets. Our senior leaders save hours in proofreading and approval time, and it has saved our office staff perhaps a hundred hours in collating and despatching reports to parents. The savings we've made here justify the cost of the product alone, never mind the time we've saved when using the system's assessment features. Insight is a game-changer.
