I was promised £124 for my old iphones then blaming a 71% and 51% battery health was offered £30 - may I suggest to this company that all iphones used for over 3 years are likely to have a degraded battery and you know this very well so your £124 estimate is actually extremely misleading, extremely bad.
Only customers who bought an iphone and kept it in the case without using it should sell their phones, everybody else is going to get a "bad battery" report back and being offered an embarassing 25 cents on every dollar promised

I sent my Iphone 11 to sell. It was received quickly and they responded straight away once received. Mike was super helpful, great communication. He made me an offer for my phone and paid the money to my account instantly. Really good, would definietly use and again and recommend to anyone looking to trade their phone

You can never be sure what sort of experience you’re going to get when you sell something online, but for a first experience with Innofinity Worldwide this was truly excellent. Free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and money in my bank two days later. No hassle or fuss. I’m very happy.

I sent my iPhone 15 pro. I had been offered £370. After they received it they offered me £240. They said my screen had deep scratches. But it had been very well looked after and only had very minor scratches. I even returned the phone in the original box.
They sent me pictures of a different phone to show the scratches. This was a different screen.
Your choice if you trust this company to give you a fair price. My advice is to swerve them.

I had a terrible experience with Innofinity Worldwide after purchasing an Apple Watch Series 10 46mm Cellular model for £219. It is clear they made a pricing mistake on the listing, but rather than contacting me honestly, they attempted to cover it up by shipping a cheaper, GPS-only model not once but twice, hoping I wouldn't check the device settings. A charade that continued for two weeks.

When I caught the error and verified the wrong part number (MWWQ3QA/A), I contacted them and was explicitly promised on the phone that their final remaining Cellular unit had been removed from sale and allocated to me, but I had to return the incorrect GPS watch first. I fulfilled my end of the deal immediately.

However, the exact moment my return safely tracked into their warehouse, they broke their verbal agreement and forced a full refund against my explicit written instructions. They then admitted in writing via eBay messages that they did this due to a "listing error."

Wasted two weeks of my time using deceptive warehouse delays and broken promises just to avoid honoring their own listed sale price. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete breach of trust. Reported directly to eBay Support for seller non-performance. Avoid this seller.

I sent my phone to the Innofinity Worldwide address in London; it was very well packed and sent using the Royal Mail label provided. It went missing. Innofinity staff offered to help with the claim. After about six weeks, when I asked for an update, I received an email stating that the claim had been rejected by Royal Mail because the phone had been improperly packed... So, did it go missing or was it damaged in transit? I called Royal Mail to find out what was going on. It turned out that Royal Mail *had* accepted the claim—since the phone had gone missing during transit—and a cheque for £150 had been issued in the name of the Innofinity Worldwide owner, S.G.!!!!!
After an unpleasant conversation with an Innofinity employee, I recovered the amount they had paid for my phone—which was just a little over half of the £150.
Well done. bravo.

I posted an Apple Watch to Innofinity Worldwide in really good condition, a week later I received a photo of a watch where the screen had been scratched multiple times and was definitely not how I’d sent the watch. As confirmed by the company the package was received in a good state. They couldn’t explain how the damage had happened but I find it very hard to understand how this happened in transit. Ultimately they offered a much lower price because of the deep scratches. I don’t know if the watch face they returned to me was what I sent but I wouldn’t trust this company at all.

I went on your site ,found a price for my phone and accepted.posting was simple and received payment in a few days.

2nd Time I have sold a Phone to Innofinityworldwide. As before a very straightforward process. Quote received online via their website, Phone posted Prepaid and tracked and monies received by bank transfer within 24hrs. Fantastic service and a very good price for my old IPhone. Thank you. If i could score 0 i would , i ordered an iphone xr in good faith , it failed nearly straight away the screen flickers , it keeos going into emergency mode . I have asked to return and they have agreed but want me to print a returns label and i have no means to do this . As a digital company you would have expected aQR code would be able to be sent ot send me a label through the post. I have sent various messages and now they are ignoring me . DO NOT use this company you have been warned

I wasn't sure what to expect as I hadn't heard of the company, but the price was better than I found elsewhere, so I gave it a go. Posted with the label given, received a couple of days later, and payment was made that day (despite being advised there may be a delay when confirming receipt). I would 100% use again.

I used this to trade in an old I-phone. It was a very quick, streamlined and easy service. Better price achieved vs competitor offerings.

Already had phone returned from a seperate company as they mislead around the amount they would offer. If being honest thought I was heading the same direction, however it was explained "why" phone in tremendous condition though failed battery test, rated as poor offered me less than previous company. When I explained the situation and how previous company messed around they agreed to match offer, no questions asked. It wasnt the £300 it was £200 though service team all great to deal with and will use again.

Excellent service and prompt payment. I sold an older IPad which none of the larger firms would even consider. Postage was free, the envelope arrived with a padded insert and postage was free. Payment was made with 48 hours- I am very impressed! Would definitely consider selling through them again!
