I ordered a smaller tattoo of a scorpion but it did not develop right. It wasn't nearly dark enough and so I emailed them if I could get another one. I received a prompt reply back and they added 2 additional tattoos free of charge on top of the same one I ordered. I'm awaiting development. Thats already been shipped and I am excited to put on the tattoos!

Order a tattoo and I sent it to the wrong address I messaged customer service and they got it changed for me really quick and the tattoos look great

There was a problem with my order and it getting shipped to my home. The support team was very quick to put in a replacement order with an extra set on top. Im very thankful for the teams efforts to make things right.

I’ve tried inkon tattoo a couple of times with great satisfaction. When I did have a problem they reached out immediately and corrected it very quickly. Great customer service.

Multiple emails multiple questions took time to advise on how and what to do I found so many designs I had liked ended up with three sleeves and 6 inch designs to try out when do I may sleeve, Best to have a second person for better placement do recommend shaving hair off moisturizing lotion applying for the 30-40 seconds. I put lotion on about A half hour later and then Saran wrapped cellophane overnight the tattoo came out like it was fresh ink from a real tattoo to where my boss told me to wrap it up thinking it was real it does 48 hours to fully develop I am still enjoying my first sleeve Have a few more designs To go I just want to CHANEL for all the help they have given me with my multiple questions

They don't work at all as advertised it just looks like a crappy sticker from a old cereal box and comes off after 2 days. Totally worthless. All the 5 star reviews are fake.

When I selected Apple Pay it auto defaulted to my old address. I reached out and explained the situation and they sent me a whole new order - free of charge - to the appropriate address. 10/10 customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

The first order I made, my Google account got connected through payment and it had the wrong shipping address. Definitely my fault. I contacted inkon to try and change it and i guess there was no way to do that.

I did however go to the address and received it. It was missing the primer wipes, so I contacted them again and they offered to replace the first one I tried to put on with failure and also send me 2 more at no extra cost.

I sent a email back with which ones I would like to try and also asked if they needed my address. I then got a email with the shipping for the next order. They used the same address as the first one which was wrong and also didn't get one of the tattoos right.

I wish there was just one more email confirming things before just sending another order out. They did reply quickly and tried to take care of it but a little disappointing that there's still issues.

Grade A customer service. Accidentally had the wrong address chosen and they corrected it within 24 hours with no hassle. Will absolutely shop here for fun temporary events like the World Cup!

Ordered a sleeve tattoo, the tribal one. The 1st application didn’t go so great for me as I think the application instructions could have been more detailed to add a damp cloth overtop for the tattoo to stick and be effective. However, after contacting customer support they were understanding and great in giving me another free tattoo of the same one I ordered plus two free ones and they turned out great the 2nd time around. Since then I have ordered more and get great compliments on them all the time when I am out and even at work.

The service is great! I applied my first tat incorrectly, they replaced it for me and I now cant wait to try them again, Even though I put it on wrong the Ink really does last very well for at least 1 week if you sweat train and shower often 2 weeks if you're careful. Highly recommended. Oh they look great too :)

The tattoos look nice and after ordering like 10 of em, one didnt turn out great. So i contacted them about it and without any isues they send me 3 extra tattoos.

So honestly I was suggested this brand from a friend and he warned me that sometimes the shipping takes longer than expected. So I was prepared for it to take a while and it ended up being about a months give or take a week. But the tattoos ended up looking really good but I used a moisturizer that I had according to the instructions but the tattoo ended up coming off slightly and leaving a splotch with some of the pattern.
But I reached out to the team and they were happy to help me solve the issue and were super helpful during it!!

I had a issue within the first 24 hours where my tattoo didn't show all the ink unfortunately it was half faded and the ink lines were crooked they asked me to take a picture of it and send it to them for proof and so they can improve and find out what went wrong with it and they said we will send your original back and give you two free tattoos if you're choice and I'm so excited for my two new tattoos and I love the customer service getting back and understanding and I really appreciate the tattoos they are so cool and I love the first one I picked out it's a Palm tree in a heart with the ocean wave 🌊 forming absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for my other two thank you so much INKON your amazing

Shipping was delayed, and the tattoos arrived folded with large creases. When I asked whether I could return them, I was told, “No, they will still work fine.” That response showed a lack of responsibility and customer care. I would not do business with this company again. Not trustworthy in my opinion. Order 6224

Great customer support though had some problems with my original order but was fixed in the end.
