My name is Carla, I tried Inkon for the first time a year ago. I just love their choice of tattoos. I like how they last long enough for your first time to decide if you want one permanent. I wish they would last longer but that's okay. I just got 3 new ones a week ago but they only lasted 3 days. I let them know and Inkon sent me 3 replacements, that was awesome. I'm sticking with Inkon everyone should try Inkon

I had ordered a tattoo from this company and it was expected to come in about a week or so but after 12 days I eventually emailed the company saying how my package hasn't arrived yet and they said that it might have got lost. So they went ahead and gave me my order back along with two free ones.😊

Bought a tattoo to see how it would look as a cover up on an existing tattoo. I didn’t get it to transfer properly. I got up with customer service and they were very helpful. They sent me a replacement and a couple others of my choice. The customer service is top notch. If you’re looking to get a cover up or just experimenting, I highly recommend using this company.

Ich habe mir eine Auswahl an großen Tattoos für den Arm bestellt. Zunächst muss ich sagen ich finde die Auswahl an Motiven echt gut, jeder findet etwas. Die Lieferung hat ein wenig gedauert aber warten lohnt sich. Mein erster Versuch ist nicht ganz so wie auf den Fotos geworden, was aber nicht am Produkt liegt. Habe den Support um Tipps gebeten, was ich besser machen kann. Antwort kam schnell und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Einmal Danke an den Support an dieser Stelle! Der nächste Versuch wird daher definitiv besser laufen. Also Leute, eine echte Kaufempfehlung für den Sommer!!! Kein Scam, kein Bullshit! Und es macht einfach Spaß für zwei Wochen ein geiles Tattoo zu haben. Für neue ein Tipp, haltet euch exakt an die Anleitung, bereitet die Stelle gut vor und pflegt sie vorher nochmal und achtet auf die Positionierung, das ist bei den großen Sleeves ne knifflige Angelegenheit, besonders wenn man etwas trainierte Arme hat. Man neigt dazu das Sleeve zu weit zum Körper hin zu pausieren, so dass am Ende der Trizeps nicht ganz abgedeckt ist. Also Leute viel Spaß mit den Tattoos!

I placed an order, received my order in a reasonable amount of time. It did seem to move through their system rather quickly. I had an issue with the first one in the order and opened a case. They were great about helping me and getting a replacement out very quickly. I would trust them to try again in the future.

Send them an email with pictures One tattoo came out great The other one applied on the same day not at all.
They apologize and send a replacement one promptly, the very next day.

I had already bought one tattoo and it was perfect. My second one smudged and didn’t last. I sent them a picture and Chantel responded within minutes. Replaced the one that had issues plus two more. I’m amazed by the speed and quality of customer service.

Ive gotten a few of their tattoos since im getting a few soon and wanted to make sure i liked the placement and what not. I ordered one and it came kinda damaged so i sent them an email about it and not only did they replace the previously damaged tattoo they gave me 2 free additional tattoos. They responded extremely fast and the entire process only took 2 days to complete and receive help. I highly highly recommend their products and services if youre trying to get a temporary tattoo. Hopefully i dont sound like a bot, just seriously had a very positive experience even tho my original package came damaged.

My first tat does not develop. I contacted the company with a picture. Chanel responded immediately said that they were replaced the one that I ordered +2 free, I really didn’t need the two free ones. I was just like the one that replaced. I really liked it. Great communication thank you Chanel

Die Tattoos sehen wie echt aus. Der Service war auch super. Eine Reklamation wurde umgehend bearbeitet und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Jetzt war es nur zum testen und für den nächsten Urlaub werden wir dann wieder eine neue Bestellung machen 🥰

I emailed the good folks at INKON about an issue I had with application and longevity of the tattoos- they got back to me, right away, and sent me courtesy tattoos for my inconvenience- which was above and beyond what most companies would do for their clients! I am very impressed with the standard of customer service they practice, and will recommend INKON to anyone within earshot!
