Great service
I am with initial medical for a few months now. So far so good, great communication, unproblematic service and good price. Peter, person who collects waste, always let me know day before when he’s gonna pick up my waste so I never miss his visit. Always very kind and willing to help me with my waste. Highly recommend.

We have been not getting the best…
We have been not getting the best service since our driver went on sick. Missed collections and not getting the new sharps bins needed. Matt has taken over the run and he was a pleasure on Wednesday. He rang to resolve an issue with wrong sized bins we had to confirm he could take them. Assured us he would bring further spare bins on Friday this week when collecting again and remove outstanding. This 5 stars is for Matt!

Contracted collections -- Clinical Waste
We have dealt with Initial Medical for a number of years. In the beginning everything was fine; we had a regular driver who collected on time, same day every week. Approximately 12 months ago things rapidly declined, the regular driver left and collections were made on any day of the week and sometimes not at all.
However , after complaining a couple of times we were assigned a new regular driver about 3 months
ago . He is very pleasant to deal with, always punctual and collects on time each week. We are back to where we were years ago and that is only a good thing !!
