OMG how do some companies get in business in the first place??? I ordered a jacket in Khaki (the only color it comes in). I was a purplish gray when it was received, Sent it back two weeks ago following the instructions on their website AND used UPS so I could track it. It was received by them a week ago Friday and they are telling me they don’t have it back, so sent them proof that it arrived at their location. TOTALLY A SCAM TELL EVERYBODY YOU KNOW TO RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY. I’M SURE I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! The quality of the clothes is cheap and horrible. Took forever to receive my order and when I received my items they sent the wrong color! I REGRET ordering from this website. I tried to send them an email and the email does not work and undeliverable. Such a waste of money!!!!! Sooooooo upset!!

I have been sending then emails that I need a return shipping label And received an email back saying if I wanted to choose something else on the website and I refused 2 times and they keep sending me the same message and I clearly have said that I juts want to return it and no one is responding to me

They take just money and dont deliver you anything be carefull

These Chinese companies advertise on Facebook and go by many different names. I purchased from a company called slidename, but after many weeks, received merchandise from ininruby. All items were sized wrong, totally different fabric as advertised and online photo not near the same. They refuse to refund and said it would cost me too much money to send to China and that I should give them away to someone who fits them. I said I want to send back and refund my $ 284 and they never return emails. PLEASE,PLEASE for your own good DO NOT BUY FROM ANY FACEBOOK CLOTHING ADVERTISING. This is the 2nd time it happened to me!!! Shame on Facebook for not filtering these ads!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT RECEIVE WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED. TERRIBLE PRODUCTS, AND NO FOLLOW-UP FROM THEM. YOU HAVE TO DO ALL THE CHASING AND ORGANISING.

During this 2 month they would answer me and be in touch with me
After I mentioned that I did not order it in black, they disappeared, no response

This company is a scam !!!!!! Please do not purchase anything from it !!!! I purchased a dress and a blouse took 2 months before I received it !!!!!!! The dress and blouse that I order I didn’t get it instead I got something that looks like it crap lord like some cheap fabric they got from the dollar store and hand made it !!!!! This company needs to be shut down immediately and all of the employees needs to be investigated for fraud.

Doooooon’t u buy from it. Don’t believe in their return policy. Quality is soooo bad and they do not stick to their return policy. You will get an email of apologies and an advise to give the stuff to your friends if you do not like them. Their quality is so poor , you can not even hand it out to anyone. I burned mine on a camping night. That is what the merchandise is good for.

Sadly, an echo of the reviews already posted. Bought 5 items - mostly were very poor quality - 1 good item only. Rest proving impossible to return - they don't care once the sale is made. They know that returning items to China from UK is expensive and make no effort to provide any mechanism to aid customers in UK.

This site is a fraud..... the clothes look nothing like they do on the site. Poorest quality of clothes. Stay away

Ininruby is a scam!

I purchased a blouse but got one that is not the same style or even close to the same color. Tried to contact them but numbers and emails wouldn’t go through. Don’t purchase from them unless you wanna throw money away. I wish there was a way I could attach the photo of what I ordered along with what I got.

Please don't buy from this company no matter what. Worst experience ever. They delivered the wrong product, cheapest material and wrong colour. Spent $78 for a product that is not worth $5. They are fraud.

Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site, les articles reçus ne reflètent aucunement les photos représentées. De très mauvaise qualité même pas doublé, cousus n’importe comment.

Attention! N’achetez rien à cette compagnie ce sont des arnaqueurs j’ai placé une commande il y a plus de 2 mois (15/03/2021)et je n’ai toujours rien reçu la communication avec eux est impossible ils refusent catégoriquement
de rembourser et ne prennent aucune responsabilité pour une commande non reçu
Dans tout ça ils sont même pas foutus de produire un # de suivi du colis dont je pense qu’ils ont encaissé mon argent et jamais envoyé la commande
En gros des voleurs n’achetez surtout pas sur ce site ils sont malsains menteurs et voleurs ils ont aucun scrupule à vous magouiller et voler votre argent

deux sont arriver pas de la bonne taille et les deux autres sont arriver 2 mois plus tard et ce n eai pas ce que j avais commande.
