informed.now Omdömen

Switched to informed.now about a year ago after getting sick of doomscrolling five different apps every morning. One text a day, straight bullet points, no ads trying to sneak in. That's it.

The best part is honestly what's missing — no algorithm nudging me toward outrage bait, no push notifications every 20 minutes. If something in the brief catches my eye I can text back for more depth, which I've used a handful of times and it actually works well.

It’s frustrating to sift through often very biased news headlines in order to understand global events. The six text stories I get from Informed every morning solved this problem for me.

I’m a lifetime member and I trust that Informed will cover everything I need to know. It has made my life easier.

So simple and informative, gets me ready for my day!

I have been using this since about November 2025.

You get 6 news headlines everyday of the business week, along with links to the sources. Many times those are .pdf files.

If you do not look for news, this is nice and unobtrusive.

Best news service I have found to date. It’s a simple text with the top items I should know about. If I want to dig deeper I can, but most of the time the summation is all that is needed to stay informed.

Great news briefing that allows for safety from ads, distractions, and major bias. The delivery by text message is a great reprieve in this age of overstimulation.

Great and easy to use. People need to be informed better and give truthful unbias information that makes sense for their busy lives and this service does that.

Informed lets me read news the way I like to read everything: to the point, no BS, major context & data points included. It’s like if news titles actually told you the whole story.

This news source relies on the latest facts. Very insightful. Always up to date.

Informed is the best and only way I would like to ever receive my news. Every morning when I wake up, I ignore all the noise of all other newsletters which I’ve since unsubscribed to and only get information from my favorite news provider. I’m so grateful to have clean, succinct news every morning with informed, I’ve never been more grateful and will never look back.

I'm an NPR listener, and an avid reader of the New York Times. I heard about informed.now and decided to give it a try about 2 months ago. It's been a great addition for objective news coverage on global stories that I would have missed otherwise.

Great experience so far. The texts are very concise yet informative, and I really appreciate the sources linked directly. Recently, I've been much more confident talking about current events when I'm networking and doing interviews.

Great news service. Delivered my news brief every morning, Monday- Friday, and all the information was always useful and accurate. I liked how it covered worldwide topics and never included any bias. The texts also linked the sources, which was great.

informed.now is exactly what they described - factual news delivered to your phone as often and ina quantity that you prefer. I definitely recommend it.
