Graphic was easy to download and tweak to fit what we wanted.

The templates provided allowed me to make a very professional slide presentation to my leadership.

I had trouble getting past a certain page to purchase some PP templates. I clicked on the chat and one of the owners was actually working the chat feature that weekend and responded to me immediately.
