Not Satisfactory at this Stage
This is an invaluable service but, after several years using this service, it still requires a lot of input to get things right... Multiple times amends will not be correctly done.
I have used a better service in the past via a service provider, which is no longer available to me, so i can speak with authority.
I think the problem is that plans are sent out before being checked by someone independent of the draftsman.

Don’t know why I haven’t used them until now!
Love the format of being able to save different preferences for different clients - colour/B&W, road name, measurements etc
Quick service, and able to see a draft with queries on before having the final drawing which can be sent to the client as well.

I would have given them 5 stars but I don't think anyone is perfect. There service is amazing and will always try to accommodate any urgent jobs.
