Excellent service. Charlie delivered my new machine personally and spent an hour showing me how to use it as it does not come with any instructions. Can’t wait to get started with lots of new projects. Highly recommend, and will definitely use this company for further purchases.

Excellent service. Charlie was great, he has a wealth of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered immediately. I first spoke with one of his closest competitors........chalk and cheese! If Charlie stocks what you want then don't bother with anyone else. It was so refreshing to deal with someone with a can do attitude who actually really wanted your business. I purchased a Jack H2 with 6 different feet and a load of spare needles. Amazing machine for the money, so powerful and easy to use. I will definately use Infinity Sewing (Charlie) fo all my future purchases.
