The time taken by Charlie to listen and understand my requirements and his knowledge of the history of sewing machines is impressive. Additionally helping to set up my account to speed up the payment process. The delivery was as promised and additional training provided to make sure we are able to use them without difficulties. Wonderful customer service.

Fantastic customer service.
Knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Charles made purchasing my sewing machine a pleasurable experience. He price matched, delivered within 48 hours of putting the order in and gave a fabulous tutorial which was well worth the money. I can’t recommend him enough.
