Their customer service was excellent
Their customer service was excellent. I was a bit concerned when the payment had gone but I had no confirmation email. But I emailed and they responded immediately and reassured me they would look into it. Then contacted me again with 24 hrs to confirm it was on its way. It arrived promptly and fits beautifully. I am really happy with the dress and the service

Charged for an order I didn’t place!
I was going to order from here however realised during the checkout process that The delivery time was too long for what I needed. So did not complete the process. The site said the order was unsuccessful however I was then charged. Contacted them immediately and now I’ve been back and forth for 3 days asking them to cancel the charge. They keep replying completely ignoring what I’m saying. Please just cancel the charge. This is rediculous!

We sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience - you should never have been charged for an unsuccessful order, nor kept waiting for resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

They do not want returns
They do not want you to return your items. It's probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You really have to argue with them. I bought a bridesmaid dress. I told them it was too small and no fit for purpose due to the raw edges (wearing a dress with no finished edges all day will fray and rip). I received a reply that the raw edges are so that you can cut it to any length you want without any reference to the return request. I told them I still want to return. They said I could keep the dress and get refunded 1/3 of the money. I had to argue with them for a further 2 emails until they agreed to a return and refund. Then they sent me a return address in America! I argued again that I bought it from the UK (return to sender address on the parcel was Ipswich) and they finally sent me a UK return address. I will have to pay for tracked postage but at this point I just want rid of this dress and their company. I wish I had never bought from them.

Beware! Not a U.K. trader.
This *is not* a U.K. store and should be reported for false advertising.
Dresses are shipped from China.
*Do not* order from here if you are expecting a speedy delivery. They advertise a 3-6 day service which they cannot fulfil - feel like I’ve been scammed paying an extra £13 for it to arrive on time. 10 days later and they’re now advising me it will be another week “due to Covid”. Not acceptable.
The dress now won’t arrive on time. I wish I had seen previous reviews here before purchasing. Never would have purchased if I knew this wasn’t a U.K. company.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delays and any confusion about our operations. You're absolutely right—we should have been clearer about our global shipping process, and we're updating our website immediately to prevent future misunderstandings.
We appreciate your feedback—this helps us improve transparency. Please email me directly at [uk@infinitydress.com] if you need anything further.
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Bought items on uk site shipped from china and returns only accepted in US at customers expense. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Edit. I see you finally responded on 23/06/2025 years after taking full responsibility. I can now expect a full refund for the items I couldn’t return! As you rightly accept full responsibility in ripping customers off!

Completely different colour to advertised in my opinion
Product received were a completely different colour to advertised in my opinion. Company would only exchange if I paid the return fee and redelivery fee (approximately £20) despite the product being completely different to what was advertised (in my opinion). They appeared to refuse to acknowledge that the clothes were different colours. I personally would not use this company again due to their customer service and inaccurate photos (in my opinion).

We sincerely apologize for the color discrepancy and return experience - this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
To immediately resolve this, we've Flagged the product photos to our quality team for reviewf
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention - your feedback helps us improve. If you'd be willing, we'd value the chance to make this right with a personal shopping consultation to ensure perfect color matching on any future order.
Use PayPal to protect yourself!
I tried to cancel the order a few hours after ordering due to finding the negative reviews and was told it was too late. When they arrived the quality was awful and the colour was more mint than sage. The hems were badly cut and the linesof the fabric off. I was told to get a refund I had to pay postage to the US ! (I'm In the UK) I opened a dispute on PayPal and 2 months later got my refund (luckily!). After it being settled they emailed me trying to get me to accept 30% refund! Too late!

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy these dresses, they are not good quality and when I tried to return they said I had to post them to America (even though they had come from the UK). Argued this, so instead they asked me to leave a 5* review in exchange for my money back. The dresses went in the bin.

We are truly appalled by what you’ve described—this is completely unacceptable and does not reflect our values. We sincerely apologize for the poor quality, misleading return process, and the inappropriate request for a review. This is not how we operate.

Wonderful service
Wonderful service, had some queries before I ordered the dress which were promptly answered. And when I ordered the dress came quicker than expected. The quality is fantastic for the price, fabric isn’t see through and while it is stretch material it is still flattering, would recommend purchase of this dress with this company.
