Infiniti Properties Omdömen

Scott and the gang have managed my portfolio for over 10 years, during this period I have always been able to rely on their expertise. I always recommend Infiniti Properties to anyone looking for a letting agency.

As a landlord with several properties
I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending Infiniti properties
Very smooth process from the start
Great communication & great service for a very fair price

I recently rented my flat through Infiniti Properties and I have no complaints. The process was smooth from start to finish and my point of contact Brooke was fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone☺️

I’ve been using Infiniti for 20 years, not only do they manage the property they also sourced it. Superb, trustworthy and reliable.

No issues, did what they said they’d do, a good experience. I’ll use again

Infiniti have managed my buy to let interests for years. I have had a fantastic service from day 1. I have never had any non paying tenants. A testament to their vetting process which is what I need. Great team and always happy to answer any queries promptly and efficiently. Viva Infiniti, look forward to many more years together.

I've been using Infiniti for some time now. Always great service. Special mention to Stephanie who wen't above and beyond!

No complaints. Very easy to deal with.

I have been using Infiniti for several years to manage some properties I own. Scott's advice has been invaluable and the feedback from the tenants has always been good. Highly recommended.

Really great property agency to deal with. Helpful team all the way through! Thank you

Infiniti properties managed my renovation from start to finish. Making it pain free and easy and I was delighted with the results. Would highly recommend!

Never had any issues, infact the complete opposite. Trusted company

This company have been managing 4 of my properties for almost 6 years now and, although I am probably the most demanding client, they have always exceded my expectations and nothing was too much for them to keep me happy. They are very easy to contact and always look after whatever my tennents or I need with a smile.

Thank you to all the staff an infiniti properties. Completely professional from start to finnish for four years.
First class letting agent and supported me when I needed their assistance.
Wonderful service x

have been amazing though out ! every communication has been impeccable!!

Staff were always helpful and responsive to any issues.

If you value your money and being treated fairly then I'd highly suggest avoiding this particular letting agency. My flatmate and I rented from them for just under 7 years, and whenever an issue arose, more times than not they were completely incompetent at managing our problems.

Furthermore, they attempted to deduct our entire security deposit for reasons such as (in their words) "redecoration", and fixing problems we made them aware of early in our tenancy. The move out process was particularly difficult as I feel they were purposefully being difficult for the sake of being difficult (particularly Stephanie). An example of this is trying to charge us for a mattress I had left that was in much better shape than the one provided in our tenancy that was covered in various stains. After I advised I was happy to collect the mattress, they were less than helpful and advised they would not spare us 10 minutes to enter the property and collect it.

Thankfully the company holding our deposit did not rule entirely in their favour and we got what I believe to be a fair amount for our deposit back. Happy we were not the only ones to see how ludicrous their check out report was.

Based on previous replies from earlier reviews, I have no doubt that they'll reply to this review in an attempt to condescendingly devalue my critiques, we'll wait and see. hopefully this review can at least warn potential renters of how poorly this company will treat you, please avoid.

We had a great experience moving into our new property thanks to Sharon Weatherhead at Infinity Properties. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and always quick to respond to emails and answered all our questions promptly. Sharon was pleasant to deal with and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I’d highly recommend her and Infinity Properties.

Property was well maintained, any problems with appliances etc were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Accommodating with move out procedures that allowed for flexible viewings. Good communication and easy move in/move out procedure. Would recommend.

Stephanie and the entire team were professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. All matters were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
At the end of my tenancy, the deductions were kept to a minimum and were fair and honest. I can't recommend Infiniti enough.
