The delivery times have always been prompt, and we have chosen Infinite over our local builders merchant a number of times.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Ordered two crates of slabs, which arrived within 3 days from order. Unfortunately both crates were faulty, spoke to Frank at Infinite Paving who sorted the problem out without question. The new crates arrived within 3 days of order and the fault ones were taken away. Would highly recommend them. Great value and great service

Do Not Deal with Infinite Paving!!
Ordered some paving slabs fro Infinite Paving. Was told they were all in stock and paid nearly £3K with my credit card.
On the day of delivery, a week later I got a call from the person I was dealing with called Frank saying they did not have them in stock but they did have an inferior type. I refused and asked for a full refund.
He was not very happy and neither was I!!!.
I reordered from a reputable company.
To date I have not received my refund one week later although he has charged me and it is on my credit card statement, so I have to pay this bill and wait for the refund to come through.
Do not deal with these people, unless you want a lot of hassle.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Infinite Paving. We truly apologise for the inconvenience that arose from the stock issue leading to you cancelling your order.
I can see that you were notified by email of the refund that was processed by us immediately on the day you cancelled the order, the 8th August, however, card processors take about 3-4 working days for refunds to show on your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused.

Deliveries not turning up when they are meant to.
I've ordered 3 times of Infinite paving and every time the delivery has not turned up when its meant to wasting alot of my time and causing me to take time off work to wait in for a delivery that doesn't turn up.
