The best Indian sandstone I have ever ordered! The amount of top quality stone they had to offer on the website was huge I have never seen such a variety of stone. Every paving slab in my 3 pallets was intact and delivered promptly.

Worst Customer Service ever, avoid this company. Had issues with the delivery, these guys are impossible to contact, they don't answer the phone and mailbox permanently full, so can't even leave a message. Do not respond to emails either. Mickey Mouse cowboy outfit.

Since my review (above) I have been contacted by Infinite Paving to offer their sincere apologies and will take on board my comments and act upon them. So a well deserved credit for them taking my feedback seriously, so I have upgraded the rating I gave based on this.

Just got my delivery and driver rang ,kept me updated and was really helpful,great company to deal with,👍

I ordered a pallet of stones on 3 Jan 2021. Got confirmation straight away via email and was then notified on 4 Jan of the delivery date as 6 Jan with tracking facilities.

The pallet of stones was delivered by a very helpful driver on 6 Jan. Very happy.

I phoned Infinite Paving yesterday for some advice; having ordered and returned 2 previous pallets of cobbles from other suppliers. I was about to make a third mistake but thanks to Rowan and his extensive product knowledge he recommended some which I would not have considered myself. I paid an extra £12 for speedy delivery and the cobbles arrived today. I really hadn't expected them the following day, I am most impressed! They are perfect and blend in really well. I cannot recommend Infinite Paving enough and will definitely order from them again in the future. A big thank you to Rowan and Infinite Paving.

This is the second time I have ordered from Rowan Cripps of Infinite Paving and second review ( lease see earlier review), and just like my first experience everything when exceptionally well, the product was with me within 5 days of ordering, there was no damages or breakages at all, If and when I need more paving in the future Infinite Paving will be my first supplier call.

Delighted both with the service from Infinite Paving and the quality of their products. I ordered the Brazilian black slate and it arrived quickly and in great condition with no broken slates. I ordered the largest size (900 x 600), and expected one or two to be damaged, but the strongly packaged crate kept them stable in transit. The slate had very little shading which makes for a lovely uniform patio area. All in all the quality of this product far exceeds the price paid and I'd have no hesitation recommending Infinite Paving to anyone considering purchasing from them.

Unexpectedly fantastic personal service from Infinite Paving. I placed an order earlier today then noticed from the internet that it seemed I could have bought the product cheaper elsewhere, so I phoned Infinite but whilst the phone was ringing I realised I hadn't checked delivery charges so hung up. Anyway, Infinite returned the phone call - after working hours - and I had a very pleasant chat with someone who took the time to talk through with me the alternate product, looking on their website etc. Transpired it wasn't the bargain it looked at first, and I very happily continued with the Infinity order. The really nice thing about it is that I am now very confident in Infinite's level of customer service and will happily order from them again.

Paving stones arrived and 3 were broken still in the crate. Contacted InfinitePaving with the pictures and they they refunded me with zero fuss. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

Cant fault service ordered bank holiday friday and delivered by lunchtime on the Tuesday and not a single slab broken. Highly recommend.👍⭐

Great Indian sandstone supplier I have been using them for 5 years now supplying my Landscaping business. They always deliver on time, great communication and always deliver top quality sandstone.
You would not be disappointed using this company and find it hard to beat their great prices on the 18.5 sqm packs.

I run a London based landscape company and have been buying paving online for nearly 10 years. I always use Infinite paving
for 3 good reasons
1. The whole order process is very straight forward and easy to navigate
2. The deliveries come when they are supposed to, and if any delay Rohan sorts it out.
3. They are definitely one of the cheapest online and the paving is a good quality

The Mint Fossil Circle Kit that we ordered arrived with mis-matched sizes between the inner and outer circles resulting in our landscapers spending an afternoon trying to fix this issue with an angle grinder. This was obviously a packaging error at source. However Rowan at Infinite Paving was very apologetic and resolved the issue for us. The straight forward matching paving that we ordered looked very nice on our patio

Called and obtained information we needed from a really helpful bloke on the end of the phone, very easy ordering system online, good communication, paid for express delivery and arrived within 48 hours, the paving slabs are exactly like we expected and excellent quality. Nearly ordered the same from wickes at over £200 more expensive so this company were fantastic, I was a bit scared ordering this sort of thing online without seeing the slab but We took a gamble and it truly paid off. Would highly recommend, thank you infinite paving.

I planned for patio work, then coronavirus shutdown caused my local store to close indefinitely. Then I come across InfinitePaving, which was a relief and rewarding as I not only got the slabs I needed for patio but also sub-base, sand & cement to lay the slabs. All in one place, sub-base is top grade and a good sharp sand. They promised to deliver in 2 days and it was delivered to Milton keynes as told. The slabs were Raj green sandstone mixed size, which looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend them for the slabs if anyone is looking for. Rowan was helpful and answered my queries patiently.

The company provided both myself and my parents with slabs. The slabs for my project were perfect, good quality for a great price. My parents had a small issue with a few of the slabs but Infinite Paving sorted it all out for us. For quality and cost...I would recommend.

Ordered paving with 3-5 day delivery. Didn’t hear anything about when it was coming, cancelled all plans Cos you get charged £30 for redelivery if you’re not there to sign. Called twice to find out, didn’t get a firm date. Night before they “should” be coming I get a call saying they’re out of stock. They said I could get an alternative, I requested a refund. Got my refund today, 4 days later.

Paid £400 for some pavers, rang the bloke to find out the delivery day, got told they weren’t in stock. He said he’d refund my money, guess what? No refund yet. I’ve had to get PayPal and my bank involved as he obviously has no intention of refunding me. Seems like a con artist.

Simply the best company I have dealt with in many a year. A company that returns calls, responds, almost immediately, to emails and answers any questions you might have. I was provided with a delivery day when I ordered and the company delivering my slabs contacted me twice, first to give me an approximate delivery time and then advise when they were twenty minutes away. On top of excellent service Infinite Paving’s price was extremely competitive. I cannot recommend this company too highly.

Great products and service at a reasonable price, what's not to like?
We have used Infinite Paving to supply 4 different projects so far and they have always delivered the paving on the day required. Calls always returned when messages left, will be using again.
