Great customer service. As a long time owner spare parts are a must. Great to find everything I needed available and speedily delivered. Why the carriage charges are structured as they are is a mystery and the only negative part of the transactional process.

Great fun for the whole family
I have to admit this is truly the best ride-on toy you can get for your children. My son was not a fan of bikes and scooters - until I built the first Infento vehicle for him. Now he wants to go outside all the time, even in the rain! It's impossible to get him back to home :) The quality of parts if exceptional, even better than I expected. Our entire family is very happy with the purchase :)

Die Bausets sind wunderbar
Die Bausets sind wunderbar, die Anleitungen gut für die Kinder zum verstehen und nachbauen. Nach dem Zusammenbau von drei Modellen entwerfen sie schon ihre eigenen und erweitern vorhandene Modelle. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Verbesserung, z.B. ein Ständer oder Dynamo zum Aufladen des Akkus während der Fahrt (die leider recht kurz ausfällt) wäre toll. Oder ein stärkerer Akku.

Die Idee an sich ist ja ganz nett
Die Idee an sich ist ja ganz nett, aber die Kette zwischen Motor und Achse der alten Version macht ständig Probleme und lässt sich nicht ordentlich befestigen.
Updates auf die neue Version, die schon seit beginn versprochen wurden, gibt es bis heute nicht und ich gehe davon aus das sie die jetzt auch nicht mehr nachliefern werden.
Die Möglichkeit "Angepasste Updates" zu erhalten ist wohl nur Marketinganalyse um zu Testen ob es sich lohnt, Rückmeldung gibt es nicht.
So steht das über 1500€ Kit rum und setzt staub an.

Creating Memories One Bolt at a Time
I bought an Infento kit for my toddler’s birthday because he loves building with LEGO, and I wanted to encourage that interest. We’ve built two vehicles so far, a balance bike and a go-kart, and the experience has been incredible. I make a point to have my son help tighten every bolt and walk him through the process, even if he doesn’t understand all of it yet. It has been such a fun and meaningful way to build together.
The kit arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and there is plenty of room for creativity. You are not locked into the plans. You can modify and customize as much as you would like.
We did have an issue with the motor when building the go-kart. I contacted support, and they confirmed the problem and sent a replacement a full year after we purchased the kit. They could have easily brushed it off, but they truly stand behind their product. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
I fully plan to buy more Infento kits in the future. I cannot wait to see what my son and I build next. With these kits, our imagination really is the only limit. Thank you, Infento, for creating such an awesome product!
