Had a wasp problem, they kept getting into the house and after a trip to A & E from a nasty sting we finally had enough.

Indigo came around and treated the nest and within a couple of days the swarm had disappeared from the roof and the remaining stragglers were easy enough to dispose of in their weakened state.

Sorted out a problem with a wasps nest, quickly, at a reasonable cost and most importantly of all effectively!

Indigo Pest helped us resolve a surprise rat infestation. They did a quick survey that identifed the likely issue, and then agreed course of action and pricing. Turned out that we had some old drainwork under the extension that needed to be fixed/blocked so they recommended MG Drains who did a full CCTV survey, found 3 old pipes that needed sealing and removed some dead rats as well. Then they returned and sealed the drains. Indigo then came and removed the last caught rat and removed the traps.

Overall while it required a few visits over a few weeks, we got the issue resolved really quickly and efficiently. The teams that visited our home were polite and respectful and also followed Covid guidelines very well.

I'd highly recommend Indigo and MG Drains if you have a vermin problem and potentially it involving your drains.

We found increasing mouse droppings on ground and first floor of our Kew semi plus nibbled packets. Louis confirmed the pests were mice, laid traps, bait etc where they were running. Also we covered up all food and left zero crumbs anywhere. The mice vanished. Louis was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and thorough and always wore mask and shoe covers since we had been shielding for over a year. So pleased I wrote Indigo a slogan: 'Indigo and out they go!'

I spoke to Alex on the phone about a possible moth problem and he was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and then sent me information about the products they may use. Christian attended for a survey on the same day and was very thorough. We didn’t need immediate action but he gave us some catches to monitor ongoing. I was really impressed by the response and will definitely call them back if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Having spoken to Alex and explained a possible rat concern, he was able to very quickly send one of his team over the same day to check things out. The technician who arrived, Christian, was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and sorted the problem in no time. He phoned when on route so we were able to get to the property in time and was geared up with appropriate PPE for the current circumstances which we were very pleased to see. Alex also phoned later in the afternoon to follow up with some additional recommendations to make the setting more secure. Overall, very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. I tried another company who said it was too difficult because of the nest being in a recess under a dormer window on the second floor of the house. No such trouble with Alex from Indigo - identified the problem and rectified it within 15 minutes . Very knowledgeable, great customer service and excellent value for money - would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service from Alex who responded promptly to deal with a large wasp nest in a loft space. He arrived on time and it was reassuring to see him wearing full protection and equipped to tackle the pesky critters. All in all a first class professional service that completed the job without any fuss. And reasonably priced - certainly didn’t get stung - I’d recommend Indigo to deal with unwanted guests in the future.

I had a wasp problem. Within a few hours of Indigo leaving I no longer had a wasp problem. Polite, efficient and importantly got results. Hope not to need their services again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate picking up the phone to them and would certainly recommend.

We've used Indigo for number of years to get rid of mice and rat invasions. They've always been very prompt and professional. They helpfully diagnosed some significant drain access issues that had to fixed to stop the problem more permanently.

Excellent service
I emailed them on a Sunday night and they came promptly on Monday morning to sort out a wasp nest. They dealt with the problem quickly and sorted it out efficiently. They said the wasps might still be coming round for a few days but I think they were gone almost immediately. Would surely recommend.
