Very helpful with my nanny Maura as she gets abit agitated took a lot of time to work with my nanny to make sure everything was up to her standards would 100percent recommend

Rebecca was lovely explained everything really clearly. Just disappointing that hearing aids are not compatible with my phone. Only reason I didn't purchase.

Martina came to our house and she was a lady from start to finish. The in house experience and personal touch was fantastic. She was fantastic at explaining everything to my dad and the change in him with the new hearing aids is just unbelievable. My dad plays the accordion and he hadn't heard it properly in years. It was such a moment. Thank you Martina, we are so grateful and highly recommend you.

Martina was very helpful and explained the process very efficiently. She provided great advice and was able to offer me the correct product.

Kevin was an excellent advocate for my parents as they reluctantly had their hearing test. The fact that this was at home made such a difference. He put my parents at ease, explained everything in lay mans terms, made them feel included and involved them in the process. An amazing service covered by their prsi!!!!!! I was visited by Kevin today for a hearing test. He was kind, compassionate and professional, and explained everything fully, every step of the way. When he adjusted the headphones so I could hear the way I should I was so overwhelmed I starting crying. He was lovely and I could see he loves what he does. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who would like their hearing tested and see the excellent hearing aid options available.

I was very impressed with the service from Joanna when she visited my home to assess my suitability for invisible hearing aids. She was very knowledgeable and a good communicator.

I was visited by Rebecca O Hare for consultation. I found Rebecca to be very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. She performed an in depth examination and at no point was she pushy, she just clearly demonstrated how my hearing could be improved.
Rebecca has been back out with me twice to sort out issues that I had been having. Which might I say was very prompt after my phone call for help.

Made a phone call on a Wednesday. Got a call on Thursday. 1st visit on Friday. ( Earing test and aid test) 2nd visit on Tuesday for delivery and adjustment of Earing aid. Very efficient only time will tell about the quality of equipment. But so far. Sooo good!

We had the pleasure of having Gary Wallace here to do hearing tests on both my husband and myself. He explained everything so well and informed us about the various types of hearing aids that the company supplies and was in no way pushing the most expensive ones. He was very professional and is a very friendly and likeable lad. It is a great service, having the hearing test done in our own home, and I will be recommending this company to anyone who may need help with their hearing.

I immediately found Rebecca to be very friendly, informative and helpful and she performed a very in depth examination, at no point was she too pushy she just clearly demonstrated how my hearing could be improved and I was happy to pay a deposit on the hearing aids I picked.

I've just had a consultation with Independent Living and Hearing Ltd. Every thing from start to finish was brilliantly explained. The service alone was great from the actual test and deciding which product would be best for your needs, plus there was no pushing into buying the most expensive hearing aids. Gary Wallace came across as genuine and friendly so easy to talk with and makes it easy to understand the process easily .

Gary Wallace had fantastic patience with my husband who was having the test. Explained everything that he was about to do so that we knew what was happening at all stages.
I was very impressed with the test itself and so glad I chose this company.
