The company is very helpful, & patient whilst trying to work out the frequency dates for delivery, & notify me when they have been dispatched. Plus they are very good value for money.
Well described as there are several sizes and types. This flushable dry wipe is used to line underwear against mild soiling. The flushable character is very helpful when needed. The patient disposes... Se mer

Happy with my purchase
Good price, fast delivery, good quality product. A give 4 stars as I bought it recently and still haven't checked the absorbance as there was not a leak during sleep. It seems though good quality and fit perfectly on the single bed. So, I'm very happy for now.

Evri home deliveries are unreliable!
Evri home deliveries are ALWAYS a challenge.
This time, as usual,
suggesting a delivery time of 17:00 - 19:00 and attempting delivery 09:39!
The following day (13th) ETA was1900 - 21:00 and I took delivery in the morning! Then the delivery driver complained that he had attemted delivery twice before!
When I mentioned the timings he had emailed me were not followed he wouldn’t answer!
If it wasn’t for the fact that I believe I can request DPD for delivery you would have lost our custom - which would obviously increase as my wife’s Alzheimer’s gets worse.

Outstanding customer service
I recently purchased a new waterproof mattress and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. The mattress is excellent quality, comfortable, and does exactly what I needed. The waterproof protection gives great peace of mind, while still being comfortable to sleep on.
The customer service was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. Delivery was smooth and the product arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product and the service to others. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Great bamboo waterproof undersheet
The bamboo waterproof undersheet is great quality, fits well, is comfortable to sleep on and seems to be very waterproof.
A bit disappointed that the "next day delivery", which I paid extra for, was with Evri and so turned up 24 hours later than promised.
