I’ve given a five star based on how easy it is to navigate the website, how quick they are with delivery, how helpful the delivery man usually is, and all my order being correct to what I’ve ordered. However things for this website to consider.

1. Tester packs not having to buy a full pack of 20 to 30 pads to discover they’re not entirely suitable for your needs.

2. Tax exemption for pensioners I order three months for Mum so I have respite from all her payments however there’s a threshold that is not explained on the website. It just doesn’t give you tax exemption. If you order a certain value indicating what that value it would be a good help.

3. Pricing I feel that some of the prices for some of the accessories such as wet wipes plastic bags a little more pricing than shopping in the stores this would help if the prices could be a bit more competitive with everyday shops

Great range of quality products on an easy-to-navigate website. Products are well-packaged and arrive promptly.

Good description of the item. Fast delivery

Good choice of pads, fast delivery which is what is vital. I really shouldn't be left buying them when had NHS pads for 10+ years. Somehow I am. So I am glad a carers site pointed me to Age UK site.
The food takes the hit to pay, so thankfully I am not charged VAT for them too.

They've become an absolute godsend. My Aunt is totally dependent on one of their products. The service they provide is excellent, and delivery punctual.

I have tried many products and companies but this company and products have been the best. They have improved their subscriptions online and it is easy to change or add the occasional product if necessary each month.

No problems at all. Easy to select the items I required, check out was clearly laid out and payment processing was simple. Order arrived next day as had been requested. The needs of individual clients vary, but I am happy with an outcome where I don't have to have excessive dialogue with the supplier/company to get what I need. Others, particularly the elderly or infirm, prefer to speak to somebody on the phone and would rather not purchase online. Other reviews suggest that ordering by phone is just as simple as online.

I have used Age UK many times but recently had issues with their courier, Evri. Because of this I was reluctant to place any further orders and contacted Age UK about my concerns. I like the choice, competitive pricing and quality of the products I buy from Age UK regularly but the courier issue was concerning to me. Their customer support was very good and time was taken to listen to my issues and offer the solution of an alternative courier. I placed my order feeling more confident and the whole experience was stress free and meant I could, and would, continue to Use Age UK for my purchases. It was a massive relief for me. I would like to thank Age UK’s customer support for their understanding and patience in this matter.

My Mum’s carer recommended night time padded pants for Mum and I found them on the ageuk website. A wide range of really good products to suit a variety of situations and needs that have been well researched at reasonable prices. Easy to use website and subscription option. Excellent products and service from a charity who know what they are talking about.
