Imps Gaming Omdömen

Always good at Imps. Good stock in a wide mix of systems, verging on too much paint, and a great play hall with terrain for all sorts of systems.

Great price, really easy to order and arrived quickly with excellent comms.

Helpful, fun and competitively priced kits - what is there not to love about them x

Staff have a wide and deep knowledge of most aspects of the hobby, ranging from paints, models, board games and more!

Always kind, helpful, and have a great gaming hall set with mats and terrain for pretty much any wargame need.

The item was as correct and was as the description perfect for my diorama

The staff are amazing and friendly and always at hand to help. The service they provide is the best!!!!

Good discounted products with good customer service.

I only ever order from this store now due to their amazing service and great prices

Friendly staff supporting a good community along with good range of stock with good prices

With extremely competiive pricing and great shipping policies I was very happy to make my first order with Imps Gaming. When something went wrong during the delivery process, outside of their control, the team went above and beyond to get it fixed and get my paclage to me as soon as possible. Phenomenal customer support and will happily look to use again.

Absolutely phenomenal store with a very kind and caring pair of owners. Always made me feel welcome. Best store in Lincoln for board games warhammer and more

Good, safe but also efficient packaging, very prompt

Always an amazing service, never had any issues with purchasing from them

Great service as always from Phil and Ian. A perfect place to get any wargaming or hobby supplies.

Good prices, good communication, products well-wrapped and despatched quickly.

I absolutely love this shop. 10 out of 10 in every respect!

Ordered in a busy period and the order reached me in good time, well packed and no damage what more could you ask for.

I ordered a codex just after Christmas and it arrived in but a few days! Prices are good too compared to elsewhere. I am definitely buying more WarHammer products here! Good job!

When I preordered an item with Imps Gaming in November 2023, I was shocked and upset to find that the following day my transaction was flagged as fraudulent and the purchase declined. At this point, the item was out of stock everywhere online and I had no way to get it besides eBay with a large markup.

I emailed Phil from the store to express my disappointment and frustration and he was incredibly understanding with the situation and apologetic over what had happened. He then offered to ask around at local shops who did not have online stores to see if they had leftover stock and thankfully one did, saving my Christmas panic!

With any other company I would expect to be apologised to and then forgotten, but Phil was generous and understanding the entire time and clearly a fellow hobbyist. I would give Imps Gaming 6 stars if I could, I have never received better customer service and heavily recommend to shop here.
