Great local TCG store, do the right things to help support their player base and collectors, staff are extremely nice and friendly, they helped me with a pre order of a cyberpunk TCG booster box which I got some great iconic pulls from, couldn’t ask for a better store.

10/10 service. Ordered at 13:30 and the order came 9am next day, extremely fast service, came with a hand written thank you note inside the package along with a cool anniversary die. Great price too when pre-ordering products, absolute bargain

Unfortunately, this company breaches consumer rights based on their policies they express on the website.
The notice on the page (“cancellation fees apply, which is the cost of bank fees (between 4 and 10% depending on payment methods) plus £3 admin”) and similar wording on the site’s policies attempts to charge exactly the kind of fee the regulations prohibit for exercising the statutory right to cancel. Bank/processing fees and admin costs incurred by the seller on a refund are the seller’s problem to absorb, not something they can pass on to the consumer for a cooling-off cancellation.
For most distance/online sales of goods (like the Pokémon TCG Rival Battle Deck), consumers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, without needing to give a reason.
The period normally runs from the day after you receive the goods.
On valid cancellation, the trader must reimburse all payments received (including standard delivery) without undue delay, generally within 14 days of getting the goods back or proof of return.
Regulation 29 explicitly says the consumer can cancel “without incurring any liability except under these provisions” (the limited exceptions are things like the extra cost of non-standard delivery you chose, or a deduction for diminished value if you handled the goods beyond what was necessary to inspect them).
Regulation 34(8) is clear: “The trader must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of the reimbursement.”

"Gamers at hart" or should it be Money at hart. Another retailer looking to get into the scalping of Pokemon cards by pricing at more than double the RRP. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for a fair price. A binder which costs £37.99 is being sold at £75.00. Rip off merchants.

Pre-ordered a Cyberpunk Booster Box from here, came extremely well packed and actually arrived in better nick than the ones I got directly from the Kickstarter. Was well priced, fast delivery with a lovely little note. Was updated when dispatched with tracking etc.

Great service, getting back to answer my questions about the game. Fair price and (free) shipping for it, although I see they have now raised the price to match their competitors.

I ordered some items for my son on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Found the company via a Google search and they had stock which I've found hard to find elsewhere. Can't wait for sons birthday and Christmas he will love them.

Had a really good experience ordering from here. Will definitely use again. Order was sent promptly and packaged well. Appreciated the handwritten note as well. They have a good pricing structure and selection of products as well.

Communication was great, dispatch and delivery was extremely quick, the items where well packaged which was great as I had mentioned I wanted them for a sealed collection, and the price was awesome.

Ordered a board game (Ayar) on a Sunday, had it in my hands on the Tuesday. Very quick, very well packaged, would order from them again.

I have a lot of respect for gamers at hart. And I have ordered from them a few times in the past they had been brilliant.

But I had an incident from my latest order where I ordered the palace heists Lorcana illuminers quest for solo/ coop play and I was sent the illuminers trove instead.

I emailed back to ask if I can return the item and replace with the correct item. They initially replied yes but then later on when I follow up with the updates they no longer response. It’s been a week since they last replied I will edit this update if I hear response from them.

Everything was packaged well and delivered quick, packaging was all recyclable. Hand written note and a die where a nice addition. Will be purchasing from here again

Hadn't shopped with Gamers at Hart before, but will be back. Flawless packaging and more than reasonable shipping thresholds, great selection of products, really happy with it all.
