Joe was very patient and understanding with the amount of time we had to change our removal date. He provided us with boxes, packing and even marker pens and advice on the best way to pack things.
On the day the lads were hard working and didn't stop from 8am to 8pm. Nothing broken and everything went in it's right place.
The cost was very reasonable and we would recommend them 100%

Joe and his team were recommended by my estate agent and I’m so glad because I don’t think I’d have come across them otherwise. I did get some quotes from other firms but Joe’s friendly, thorough and professional approach inspired great confidence. Our move from Halifax to Devon was delayed but Joe kept in touch and revisited to double check everything and reassure us. The 2 day move wasn’t without its issues, including a 30+ degree heatwave, but Joe and Cody were invincible, unloading with cheerful good humour.

Moving from Wiltshire to West Yorkshire over two days was never going to be the simplest of moves, but Joe and the team were fantastic from start to finish.

They worked incredibly hard, were professional throughout, and approached every challenge with good humour and a can-do attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, even when faced with the inevitable complications that come with a long-distance move.

What particularly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. Getting my piano into exactly the right place in the new house was no easy task, but the team persevered until it was done. I suspect they have at least a few stories to tell from that move!

More importantly, they were genuinely lovely people to have around during what can be a very stressful life event. By the end of the two days, I felt I was saying goodbye to friends rather than a removals company.

Thank you, Joe and team, for all your hard work, patience and good humour. I am enormously grateful for everything you did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Improving Moving to anyone planning a move.
