Horrible! They don’t package their mirrors correctly! I have had 3 mirrors delivered All DAMAGED! Definitely will not be ordering again from this company. They really need to get a better delivery Service or package such delicate items with BUBBLE WRAP!

I paid $400 for a hello kitty wall mirror with insurance so that in case any damages happened i would be covered. Well the mirror was delivered in pieces- totally shattered. I was out of town when it arrived but was able to pay attention to it a couple days later. When i filed a claim with the company on their website (which is hard to navigate and takes about a week to hear a response) i was told that you only have 48 hours to get a replacement or refund. Which is also NOT mentioned ANYWHERE when you make the hefty purchase. So DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They suck and honestly the quality of the mirror is maybe worth $50 not $400

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a vanity for $500.00 and never opened the box, and requested a return, but there was no reply. I shipped it back at an out-of-pocket cost of $150.00. I received an email stating there would be a 15% restocking fee.
I beg you to help put this company out of business.

Give this place 0 stars do not support them !! They SCAM. I loved the vanity’s and mirrors until I purchased and only received the bottom half of my vanity which arrived damaged and was told my mirror that I already PAID for was out of stock ! Sent thousands of emails with no response now looks like I’m out of $500. Karma is a bih watch how it bites back (: god don’t play bout me and you all will see 😬

Impressions vanity is such a huge scam not a single communication. They canceled my shipping without even letting me know I ordered my slaystation and they claim it’s not in stock!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ordered almost 2K worth of merchandise. THANKFULLY it was through Affirm and they didn’t even take my first payment. However, now Affirm won’t cancel the loan, stating I have show proof that I contacted Impressions…. Um, how am I supposed to do that when they’re essentially closed??? Numbers don’t work. Emails go unresponsive to. Affirm better figure it out, because I’m NOT paying on a loan for merchandise I never even received. They can kick rocks.

Received the slaystaion pro vanity in hundreds of pieces, finally got it together and in the past year it is literally falling apart. The drawers are all coming off every time I try to open one. Very upsetting. I do not recommend spending your hard earned money on this poorly made vanity.

Please believe the reviews. This company sent a tracking info without the product actually being shipped. It’s very hard to contact the company. They have yet answered the phone and replied to emails. Scam if you let me tell it. Thank God for my bank working to get my funds back.

I am not sure why all the negative reviews. This is a legit company and I have been in there showroom which is beautiful. Every girls dream. In love with my vanity so much. Can't wait to organize my makeup in it.

SCAM ALERT. I purchased a over $400 vanity and it never came. When I called to inquire, they said it was delivered and the proof was a picture of a box (just a part of the box not in front of my door). I have a ring doorbell so I provided proof that it was never delivered when they say it was and they still took my money and did not deliver the vanity. They said there is nothing they can do. Do not buy ! Total scam!

This POS company has not refund my money. I do not know how you are still in business after stealing money and ruining kids Xmas gifts.

I ordered and paid for a mirror and acrylic organizer on December 3, 2022. I contacted company on December 20 to cancel order as it had not yet shipped and would clearly not arrive in time for Christmas. I contacted the company three more times after this and have yet to receive a refund or the product. When I track the order it states that it still has not shipped. The answer is always we’ll have to contact the shipping department to proceed. They’ve had my money for over a month and have no urgency at all to help me in any way. My next step I guess will be the BBB.

They do not respond to emails or answer calls. I was sent the incorrect vanity, they claim I ordered the wrong one. I asked for an exchange for the correct one if that was the case, they said they would get back to me and no one has. The 30 days to return an item are almost over too.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, they are a scam, my mirror doesn’t work properly. The light bulbs don’t work in certain areas, they don’t answer emails or dms, also my table has been yet to ship it has been weeks and I cannot track my order…like… also I ordered certain light bulbs and they gave me the opposite bro I’m sooo mad.

I purchased an almost $2000 slaystation for my daughter for Christmas. I received it. It was not that easy to put together but we managed the mirror came broken although it was difficult to contact the company as soon as I did they replaced it. No questions asked I did have insurance, but went beyond the 48 hours they required to file! Still with no questions asked they replaced the mirror sent it immediately with plenty of time for Christmas! Again, customer service is not easy to get a hold of because of short staffing, but I would highly recommend this vanity and Company! I will now buy one for myself it’s gorgeous! Thank you impressions for standing behind your products!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I need 3 pieces to complete a drawer from defective parts they sent me, one of the lightbulbs was dented and this is the cheapest quality product I have ever seen. I spent over $2000 with this company and Robielyn Somoza has done nothing but blow me off with filibuster and now just ignores me. I have been trying to get these pieces for OVER A MONTH and she refuses to contact me back. The phone number she has listed is the same as the one on the website and it does not work. This company is a complete joke. Get better quality things from elsewhere and save money.

This is the worst quality vanity I’ve ever seen. I ordered a glass vanity for almost 2k 3 months ago and the glass is cracking all over and the wood is NOT real wood. All the drawers are made of partical board. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!!!

Great customer service!! I called yesterday asking if there was any way they could expedite the order I just placed and my order is now on its way!! I'm soo excited and recommend if you have questions just to call and speak to them. The lady was so kind and did exactly what she said she would do. Happy happy customer

Very very bad customer service, i paid over $1500 for a mirror pluse shipping and they claimed they called me to ship and they never did..
This is a big scam company be careful from buying anything from that website especially expensive ones.
