Impact Corporate Signs Omdömen

Easy to submit requests, great team reviewing the request and ensuring the final design is approved before actually making the plaques we needed.

The final product could not be better, we are all very excited and looking forward to the event to unveil these plaques.

We loved the stainless-steel signs we ordered so much that we ordered more. Unfortunately, they were lost in transit by the transport company. Impact Signs re-made the lost signs and shipped them to us right away and, of course, we love them as well.

Great product. Simple process. Good value.

Good ordering, sample approval and delivery processes. Final product was excellent and delivered on time.

The plaque was made of high quality material and looked fantastic!

The order arrived about one month late and after the memorial services. Very disappointing. When I inquired about the status of the order it took several days for them to reply to my inquiry. The explanation was supply chain issues caused the delay. I found that explanation very unsatisfactory and unlikely for a small caste bronze sign in the year 2023. I would have appreciated if they would have been proactive and told me of the likely delay when I ordered. I was relieved when the order finally arrived as I was beginning to think they were not going to fulfill the order at all. If delivery is going to be delayed by a significant time, the fee should be collected when the order is shipped.

Very easy to work with. Helpful and instructive. Product is excellent.

Great product, great company! My letters arrived quickly and were well packaged. The added template made all the difference for installing them. I had a last minute change and the company was very accommodating! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Our memorial signs turned out beautifully.

Wonderful, quality product. The communication was also top-notch.

The material and craftsmanship was excellent. The pattern design made placement vary easy. The best.

I was impressed how easy it was to order my sign. Shannon assisted me with any questions. She knew exactly what I wanted.

Chad was super patient and attentive to detail. He answered all of my questions and gave excellent suggestions. Communication overall was excellent. We were all happy with the end product.

Everything from this experience was great and very timely. The sign turned out perfect and was shipped quickly. Thank you for everything!

Very good experience! We have tried to use this company in the past but communication was terrible. This is much improved and we were kept informed on the progress of our order.

Expensive... but excellent quality. I "got what I paid for". Excellent communication....Very responsive. I ordered bronze house numbers but are not yet installed on the house. I'll submit photo once installed. Very nice people. I would use them again.

We had a large donor project, over 30 plaques of different sizes and mountings. Impact was great to work with from start to finish. The end product looks fantastic and everything was simple to install.

I was impressed with Impact's professional demeaner from the very start of the process. They answered my questions, offered some great advice and stayed in touch whenever I contacted them. The finished product (bronze plaques) was delivered on schedule and exceeded my expectations. They will be on display in museums in Tanzania.

Great product and customer service.
